Worst Experience Ever! Our stay at this hotel in Goa was extremely disappointing. The AC in our room was not working, and despite raising a complaint at 11:00 PM, no action was taken for hours. To make matters worse, a staff member named Manjunath was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He forced us to change rooms at 12:34 AM, while our children were already asleep — completely inconsiderate and unacceptable. This kind of behavior and lack of basic hospitality is shocking. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Even GM is not picking call

The stay was extremely comfortable. The staff were so cooperative and wete responding fast to our requirements. They served variety of tasty food. The cleanliness maintained is commendable. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

It has been an amazing stay for my family trip. Staff, services, cleanliness were awesome. Recreation room facilities, awesome breakfast and amazing pool for kids. If you need any other services like outside support for taxi, rented wheicle or any kind of support, the staff has been very supportive.

Neat and clean room, quite spacious equipped with fridge, perfect temperature water for showers, good water pressure in toilets. Location is amazing, 2 min walking distance to all shops, restrobars, 8 min from the beach, other plus points include attentive staff and good breakfast! Bonus sunset view from Balcony in case you are late for the beach during sunset!

Very good stay with family and friends. We came to Goa to visit churches and beautiful beaches. The service in this hotel is very good and the staff are very polite and provided good service. The North Indian food dishes are good. South Indian dishes above average. Overall experience good.
