Friendly staff, very beautiful location on Arnu river. They have swimming pool and 3 restaurants one for lunch and two for breakfast and dinner.

Probably one of fhe best hotel in the world. Flawless service in a mgnificient property. One thing which is amazing is the staff id always smiling and ready to help. Had to find nowadays. Congratulations for such an amazing experience. We will come back soon. Ciao e grazie mille !

Our stay at Villa La Massa was truly unforgettable and exceeded all of our expectations. Even before our arrival, we were welcomed with exceptional care. Anastasia, who is in charge of events, and the wonderful Tamara, the hotel manager, supported us throughout every step of our wedding preparations with incredible dedication and kindness, taking care of every detail to ensure everything was exactly as we had dreamed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The suites are beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality products. We also had the pleasure of enjoying two dinners at the hotel, both of which were impeccable. We would especially like to recognize Chef Stefano, who created an unforgettable wedding cake. Another highlight is the hotel’s shuttle service to the center of Florence, which is extremely convenient and works perfectly. Without a doubt, Villa La Massa was the perfect place to celebrate such an important moment for me and my family. We would especially like to thank Tamara for all her care and dedication throughout our wedding preparations and during our entire stay. We truly hope to return soon.

A pochi minuti dal centro di Firenze, ma immerso in una quiete che sembra sospesa nel tempo, questo luogo incanta come un verso dantesco: “L’amor che move il sole e l’altre stelle” (Paradiso, XXXIII, 145). L’accoglienza è impeccabile: l’auto viene ritirata e parcheggiata dagli addetti, e un membro dello staff accompagna con garbo nella visita della struttura – sala colazione, spa, piscina – fino alla camera. La stanza è splendida, elegante e raffinata, con lenzuola di lino, cabina armadio e bagno luminoso corredato di morbide spugne e asciugamani in lino. Il personale è sempre sorridente, rapido e disponibile. Il ristorante segnalato Michelin merita la sosta: piatti ricercati, bilanciati e dal sapore autentico. Ottima anche la prima colazione. Piscina pulita e riscaldata, vista sull’Arno impareggiabile. Un soggiorno che unisce lusso, serenità e un tocco d’eterno: davvero un piccolo Paradiso terrestre.

Exquisite experience just 15 minutes from Florence. The grounds are jaw-droppingly beautiful, every meal delicious, giant, luxury guest rooms and the staff is pure pro. It was so quiet we felt like we were the only ones there, yet others arrived by the pool and at breakfast. Nicola went out of his way to delight our family.
