GR索拉里斯加勒比豪華全包飯店(GR Caribe Deluxe by Solaris All Inclusive)

Great value all inclusive hotel! The hotel is connected to the Royal Solaris and you have access to amenities and restaurants at both hotels. However, the GR Caribe is the more modern and more exclusive hotel. The vibe is notably nicer for couples without kids as the Royal Solaris pools are usually full of families.

This hotel is really nice. The service and food and the view were perfect.

El hotel es perfecto para un viaje en familia con peques! Las piscinas son ideales y tienen actividades que entretienen a los niños. No le doy un 10 porque el ascensor estaba regular, necesita mantenimiento! Y lo segundo: ya había estado en un hotel en Cancún y el menú era exageradamente variado, aquí me parece que faltó: jugos naturales que es de lo exótico de Cancún no había, en general el bufet que tiene tantas cosas, podría ser aún mejor, de resto excelente!😊

A hotel with 2 names and 2 lobbies,do your research before you book any excursions, if you’re at the wrong lobby you will miss your tickets and bus pick up. Not luxurious at all the rooms are in great need of repairs and they smell, lots of small kids running around and yelling, a lot of old ladies and gentlemen, lots of stairs to get to the buffet and far from the building we stayed.

We stayed at this resort because the pictures and descriptions online sounded and looked great. I paid extra for a luxury oceanview room. There was nothing special and the view was from 2 windows on the first floor. Pretty disappointing. Food at buffets were terrible and when i tried to make reservations for one of the nights at the restaurants, we showed up and were not seated because no reservation was found. I tried scanning the QR code again to see my reservations and the QR code didn't work. None of the staff knew anything!! Sorry to say but felt like they were all new. They weren't rude by any means just didn't have an answer and not once did they go out of their way to try and help. Won't be staying here again.

Mala comunicación, no cordinacion ya que se supone que podemos usar servicios de ambos hoteles descrimen por no ser socios y escusas pocas por no asumir su propia responsabilidad ya qué como huésped también estoy pagando
