波南帕克飯店(Hotel Bonampak)

The room we stayed is very bad. There were nothing in the room like kettle, water or something else. The shower didn’t work properly and water didn’t drain. I don’t know how this hotel takes high point.

Hotel muy limpio, camas amplias exelente servicio la piscina limpia el único problema que hay es que no se previene cuando está lleno el hotel puesto que en las habitaciones no hay agua caliente se va el agua, y en recepción no te pueden ayudar es el único pero que le pongo

No, me quisieron cancelar a menos de una hora de haber reservado fue un error de fecha y es algo que me parece de muy mala atencion de parte del hotel y de *******.

Muy limpio y bonito el lugar. Nuestro camión salió mas tarde de nuestra hora del check out y cuidaron nuestras maletas, mientras salimos.

Tuve una escala por conexion en Cancún. Y reserve y tuve un error en la reservación , me apoyaron con mi check in. Y me dieron solución rápida. Es un hotel limpio, cómodo y cerca de áreas comerciales.

Está muy limpio y la ubicación es buena , la atención del personal desde la persona a que te recibe hasta el check in excelente .

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! They gave us a room on the 3rd floor which was not cleaned at all. I found lots of hair everywhere on the floor, shower, bed. After my intervention they gave us another room on the 2nd floor. I checked and the floor was semi-clean (still some pubs on the floor - absolutely gross) and I discovered there were pubs in the bed after lifting the duvet!! They do not change linen at all!! I immediately asked one of the cleaning guys who I met on the corridor to change our bed and I pointed all those hair to him. He knew what was going on, he offered to change it right away. I have never seen anything like this.. the room was dusty, the bed was worst quality linen. The management of this place is responding in disrespectful manner. There is about 30 people employed by this hotel who hang around, have private conversation by the pool, having their lunches in the middle of the lobby and bothering guests (walking in front of guests who rest by the pool and staring, then dropping some jokes to their colleagues) They clearly hate foreign tourists here. We did not feel safe here! This place was the dodgiest place we've stayed in the whole Mexico. Bad representation of Mexican culture and they should be ashame of themselves. Save you money and go somewhere else, don’t repeat our mistake.

Hotel propre, la piscine est belle et au soleil, les chambres possedent un petit balcon avec un extérieur, le personnel est agréable et efficace. L'hotel est à 8 min à pieds du centre commercial Las Americas, un 7 eleven juste à coté, le restaurant Indien de l'autre côté de la route est très bien. Le terminal de ferries pour Isla Mujeres est à 10 min en voiture ( il y a une station de taxis devant l'hôtel)
