In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Cancale, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: park 1 ha (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced). Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 100 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "La Gouesnière" 10 km, sandy beach "du verger" 2 km, shingle beach "abris des flots" 2 km, thermal baths "Thermes Marins de St Malo" 14 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, riding stable 1 km. Nearby attractions: Saint Malo intramuros 13 km, Grand aquarium de St Malo 14 km, Dinan 33 km, Dinard 17 km, Dol de Bretagne 20 km, Le Mont St Michel 40 km.
