We are Hilton Honors Members and HGV Owners. This was a disappointing stay. We had a big family reunion for our niece’s wedding. The building was constructed is such a way that every step on the floor above was like a stampede overhead. Loud enough to wake us from sleep. Also, checkout is noon but the key cards stopped working at 11am. The receptionist was aware of this problem. She apologized as she issued replacement cards for both my room and my brother’s room. In 2023, this should not be an ongoing issue. Finally, there was only one person on duty at checkout. When I approached the desk, she was either on the phone or checking someone in so a significant amount of time was spent waiting to speak with her about replacement keys (two different times) and paying the bill (on the correct credit card).
