Great hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Great to have the option for 2 x twin beds in the 2 bedroom apartment. Staff over New Year working very hard. Will definitely stay again.

Don't waste your money or time. Booked a double room, was told there was free wifi, there was none. Was told the room uad an ensuite, it had a shared public bathroom. Television didn't work, and it took nearly 4 hoirs for them to program a room key. The onsite cafe was non existant. If I had to guess, the matress was 20 years old, with springs that seemed like they had better days. For 100+ a day, just spring for a hotel room. This was barely adequate for a backpacker dorm, bit 3x the price. About the worst establishment I've ever stayed at, and as a truck driver who has been in a dive or two, this speaks volumes.

My reception by Naveen and Dorg was cheerful and helpful; they provided clear and good info regarding the hotel, parking, breakfast and meals in the adjoining Labour Club, etc. Our room on the top 9th floor had a good view towards the Lake Ginninderra, although another high rise had partially blocked the view. Our room was an end room, a more spacious upgrade offered to us by Naveen. It was very clean- every nook and cranny- compliments to housekeeping. It was also nice and bright, as was the bathroom. Decor is very modern and up to date. Bed was comfortable and we had good sleeps. The hot breakfast in the Club was of good quality and variety and good value. Parking on level3 and level4 of the carpark was easily accessible.

The room was spacious , well equipped , reception staff friendly and helpful , overall we had a lovely stay. We also dined at the Ostani restaurant at the Realm across the road , food , atmosphere and staff were excellent highly recommended
