臨時隨便定的，居然是酒店公寓 還有各種鍋碗瓢盆刀叉碗筷 非常方便 拎包入住 絕了 設施裝修舊了點 房間也沒有冷氣 盛夏會很熱

設施：一般 衞生：較好 環境：好 服務：好

房間有點發黴，衞生間設施老舊

The service was great. The hotel is also easy to find. The location is very good. I requested a high floor room and was arranged for a 19th floor. The view is beautiful, you can see the Parliament House across the river. The sheet and quilt were not very clean. The facilities are a little bit old.

Hotel didn’t prepare the bed as I requested at the booking. I asked for better level and lake view room as I have kids who expect to look at the lake but eventually the hotel allocated my big family at the lowest level with the view facing the car park! Lot of noise over the night! My family couldn’t sleep well! I won’t come back again.

There is major construction noise outside the hotel. It went all through the night. We had to leave the hotel and stay elsewhere. The hotel has originally agreed to provide a refund, however it has not been processed. A month later and I am still trying to chase this up. Very unpleasant experience all round for our family.

Absolutely uninhabitable. Very dirty carpets, very old fittings and furnishings, lift not working. We were horrified. I'm very surprised that this passes regulations. We could not stay and cancelled our booking. Roja, Assistant Manager was absolutely lovely and did her very best, offering us an upgrade, but that room, too, was awful. We found a new, beautifully appointed luxurious 2 bedroom apartment elsewhere for $80 less.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment all bedrooms and living room had balconies overlooking the lake. Loved the ability to prepare and cook meals in the fully established kitchen and wash and dry clothes in the laundry. i liked the security accessing the apartments, garage and pool area. The kids loved the foxtel

Pos: The view was fantastic, esp lakeside. Was also a huge apartment. The pool being heated was a nice touch, great space. Neg: It needs a deep clean, built up mould / grime in the shower, the plugs were next level disgusting. The sheets had stains as did the towels. The couch was so uncomfortable that if you sat down too fast you could actually hurt yourself. The rooms need a reno is dated and sad. Pretty disappointing, wouldn't stay there again.

Came to Canberra first family get away booked breakfree through Accor programme I can say totally disappointed and disgusted with room this is not a 4 star as averted more like 2 star reception are never available when complained nothing done my family are extremely unhappy and upset but our stay with the breakfree hotel

30-year-old, disgusting condition apartment. Needs serious attention and renovation. Apartment was nothing like the photos!! Carpets not cleaned in 30 years, mismatched lounge furniture, old TCL TV, disgusting bathroom, shower drain blocked and flooded bathroom.

Good location, but it’s showing its age. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I think the entire hotel is due for a refurbish and refresh soon but it’s good value and well located. We had a great view of the lake and Parliament House.

The accommodation was so run down, dirty and generally awful i walked out after 2 mins in the room and booked into another hotel. I have never done that in my life before. Despite being at the budget end of Accor's accommodation range, this was shockingly poor.

The room was old, and in need of a re-fresh. If this was the only issue - we would have scored a 8/10, as the view back toward Parliament house was pleasant . HOWEVER - the kitchen was filthy, the bin lid was covered in old food, the shower had mould growing in the base, the clothes dryer didn't dry our clothes, and the kitchen light didn't work [and there was no maintenance staff available over the weekend to repair either of this items]. We had to visit the supermarket the day we arrived to buy cleaning products. Disappointed.
