Lavanderia a gettoni a 300 m. 500 m from the centre of Canazei, in a sunny position, along the wooded area, 350 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 50 m. Gondola lift 350 m, ski bus stop 50 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 350 m, Lago di Carezza 24 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. 2-room apartment 35 m2, on the upper ground floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven). Shower/bidet/WC. View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Good accommodation location. Uncomfortable apartment, bathroom without bidet, meager kitchenette, absence of coffee machine, wall units full of mold smell, unusable dirty and smelly oven, absence of dishwasher and drainer.
