入住體驗挺好，雖說第三次入住的時候價格比前兩次的都貴，但是和周邊其它酒店對比就會覺得物有所值。生活出行便利，環境舒適，沒啥短板。

Heard it was renovated in 2021 and is a 5star hotel. The rooms are clean and big as expected from Muong Thanh. Location is ok, daytime nothing much in the surrounding only a few nearby eateries selling banh xeo. But at night there are more activities. Close to Ben Ninh Kieu, 5mins by car. Breakfast is nice with ample selection. Overall satisfied with the stay.

每次去Can Tho,都住西貢Cantho酒店,這次看到這家酒店的惡化,不再是3星級酒店了。非常nice的歡迎。接待處的人總是友好專業。他們非常人性化,不再有行李員提行李,展示房間。我們的臥室和浴室都乾淨安靜。缺點:價格含的自助早餐是災難,一個惡作劇的惡作劇。不尊重酒店客人。服務器完全無能:其中一位,體型最高的,躲在櫃檯後面打他的電話。另一個男孩,在他的湯車後面,試圖做他和朋友的工作,但似乎沒有動機。他們被置於自己的設備之下,而他們的領導者卻毫無控制。自助餐很糟糕,看起來就像前一天或前幾天的剩飯。很多客戶進入自助早餐房,看廚房災難,連咖啡都沒有就走了。這樣的情況不配一家3星級酒店。從現在起我還會住Can Tho的另一家酒店。

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. 非常好的酒店,靠近海灘,總是乾淨漂亮的房間,有sawwiev,花園裏的游泳池不錯。酒店餐廳的早餐也真的很不錯,各種食物選擇都很多,包括當地水果,來的地方工作人員真的很親切。特別感謝Thuán女士,早餐時間她太親切了,謝謝😊!

酒店很乾淨，工作人員很熱情。我真的很喜歡為入住酒店的客人提供的免費咖啡和蛋糕區。因為我11:30比預想的早到了，可能是一周的開始，有一個房間，工作人員很樂意讓我提前免費入住。

位置靠近/在中心,在大街上。房間和照片一樣。有基本需求的一切。工作人員很友好,如果需要,很容易與他們聯繫

房間（包括浴室）很寬敞而且很安靜。有足夠的空間將所有行李放在地板上。自助早餐還可以。位置好。房間裡的空調不能100%正常運作（儘管設定了21度，但溫度在25度左右）。接待人員不會說英語，這是越南唯一一家要求我們支付押金（50 美元）的酒店 - 退房時沒有任何問題就退還了。大廳和早餐室的冷氣不太好。

這家酒店很大,很新,房間設計寬敞,整潔,早餐菜單比較豐富美味。位於河邊,所以很涼爽。好價錢。整個集團還設有一家餐廳,設有大型容量,咖啡廳和爲客人服務。
