He estado muy agusto. Habitación cómoda y amplia, muy cerca de la playa. Bus en la puerta. El personal muy atento y amable.

Check-in was so lacking in this hotel. The Receptionist was a bit lazy to do his job. He asked me the reservation, told me to settle a bill before he gave me the cardkey but he never explained us anything about the hotel facilities and how the hotel works, just go take the lift and leave him alone. Room is tiny and cheap from the floor to the ceiling. I requested a doble bed and was confirmed by the agency and the receptionist but again they gave us 2 single beds joined together. The bed is like a cardboard including pillows. It’s like sleeping on the concrete floor. Bathroom is nice but no exhaust no ventilation. The cleaning lady forgot to replace the towels the next day, i had to call reception a couple of times. Restaurant is the worst part. We stayed for dinner during our first night and regretted doing it. Service is so faulty, we always have to call a staff for orders but they are very attentive and quick to bring the bill. The buffet is properly decorated but the taste of the food is grouse. Food was dry and cold, a Chinese buffet in Palma is much better in quality. Breakfast is the same as dinner, food is cold but none of the staff, not even the Restaurant Manager, even cared about it. Overall???? Experience was too baD. This hotel that does not even meet a basic standards on Hospitality. Staff is LAZY, food taste like leftovers and hard mattress.

The hotel was very good. Large restaurant area provided a very good breakfast. The hotel has bus stops right outside making access into Palma and to the airport very easy. Only downsides were (1) there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, (2) the AC was very warm (I couldn't turn it down) and (3) in order to use the in-room safe there was an additional payment of €7 per day. I had never encountered this before. I didn't need to use the safe so it was ok but for those who do it's a hidden charge you could do without. Overall these were not huge issues for me but worth mentioning in this review.

I loved my stay here for 5 nights! Loved the food, the place and everyone was so welcoming❤️ i only wished there was a kettle in the room, but i got hot water from the bar in a termos everynight for my litte babys milk during the night. I Will definitely come back🤗

Sehr gute Lage zum Flughafen und zum Strand. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nur bedingt freundlich. Obwohl ich extra erwähnt hatte, dass ich sehr früh, vor der Frühstückszeit, auschecken müsste, wurde ich nicht auf das Angebot eines early breakfasts ab 5.00 Uhr hingewiesen. Das erfuhr ich nur zufällig von einer Mitarbeiterin beim Abendessen. Wird auch auf der Website nicht erwähnt. Schade, ist doch ein super Angebot, wenn man es denn weiß.

Optimal für einen Kurztrip nach Mallorca , sehr gute Verpflegung, freundliches Personal

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Hotel dobrze wyposażony, w tym wewnętrzny basen z podgrzewaną wodą i siłownia. Śniadania i kolacje różnorodne. Pokoje z widokiem na morze i bardzo blisko do plaży.

美麗的飯店，漂亮的房間，可以俯瞰大海和游泳池！非常令人愉悅的陽光明媚的一面，可以看到海上的日落😍👍 與其他類似的酒店相比，早餐非常普通。飯店設有2個游泳池，內部恆溫，可欣賞飯店花園的美景。對於這些條件來說，價格超級棒！！我喜歡它，我推薦它！

Hotellet ligger godt placeret. Strandpromenaden ligger kun 2 min gang fra hotellet og bussen som f.eks kan køre dig til Palma, er lige uden for indgangen. Morgenmaden er ok, men deres kaffe er virklig dårlig. Aftensmaden er også ok hvis man er til mængden af mad og ikke smagen. Vi bestilte et superior room, da der på denne type værelse er kaffemaskine og elkedel samt sodavand og vand i køleskabet som blev fyldt op hver dag. Alt i alt et fint ophold
