In the centre of Campodolcino 7 km from the centre of Madesimo, in the residential district, along the wooded area, 1.2 km from the skiing area, on a main road. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 500 m. Chair lift 1.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo 7 km, Passo del Maloja (CH) 44 km, Saint Moritz (CH) 60 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 40 km. Hiking paths: Via Spluga, Vie dei Carden, Caurga della Rabbiosa, Sentiero del Belvedere. 2-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious, simple and wooden furniture furnishings: large living/dining room with 2 sofabeds and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, TV, radio, CD-player, hi-fi system and heating stove. 1 small double bedroom with sliding door.
