Ski lift, gondola lift 300 m, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Col Rodella (Sella Ronda) 300 m. "Cesa Soraruf", 5-room apartment 100 m2 on 2nd floor. Bright, renovated in 2025, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV. 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm), 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. 3 showers/bidet/WC. Gas heating. 5 balconies. Excellent apartment in the center of Campitello, 300m from the gondola to the Sella Ronda. Excellent beds, bedrooms, kitchen and living area. 1 downside: the thermostat did not work properly, so it was often cold in the living room/kitchen. The owner came

Well located apartment opposite the co-op so easy to shop. We choose this as it had three bathrooms for 7 adults and they were all good with enough hot water. The kitchen was small and could have been better fitted out with more sockets. Using kettle and
