Right outside the villa is walking distance to a street night market. Every night was crowded as fresh vegetables are good for value. Encounter everyday jam in Cameron Highlands to all places of interest, easily 2 hours stay in car, time was wasted also on finding carpark lot. Road was mostly one way and curvey, prepare for passengers uneasy on stomach for frequent stops. Hope to come back again and see that the infrastructure have improved.
Staff is friendly and honest. breakfast and steamboat dinner superb delicious. only wifi currently slow at room 105. Room is spacious and have bathtub. My kids love to play and run because of the space.

訪訪客We stayed in family room 3. it is a boutique hotel with a stay-in personnel to help you. Stayed 2 nights there. The good: (1) loved the 2 super king bed, super huge and comfortable platform bed. (2) double floor (3) has a bath tub, my kids love it (4) provides filtered water (5) has nice scented olive oil lemongrass shampoo and soap. (6) provides standard tingkat style breakfast (we tried Nasi lemak, continental, chicken porridge - choose Nasi lemak. It is the best) (7) price point (8) parking for every guest (9) is near a town area where you can buy things and also food is accessible The bad: (1) the fridge is not working well, not so cold. (2) the location is not at brinchang so when u drive to the tourist attractions, gonna experience tough traffic (even though brinchang is like 13 min drive away only) (3) the toilet has an opening at the ceiling which you can see the next building’s windows. (Privacy issue and bugs can come in). I think is ok but my children didn’t like the few flying ants that were attracted to the toilet lights. Overall, i enjoyed my stay here. Also, the price point is hard to find. I should stay here again if I am looking for a comfortable place to stay.
VVAI IN今次在trip .com訂的Nova hotel 很便宜,酒店房間很大,設施也基本而齊全,我們住了三天兩夜,第一晚抵達金馬倫時已是晚上11點多,發現房間沒熱水壺,但前台說room service 到11點而已,所以不能煲熱水喝,第二天跟前台說房間沒有熱水壺和想另外加一張被子,她說加被子要10元,我說好的沒問題 ,一等就三个小時都沒拿來,已晚上10點多了,再打電話過去,說再等一下,又等了一個小時,然後有个員工拿了被子和熱水壺來,是要馬上給他10元,但被子的一面是非常破爛,應該是不再使用的被拿來用,也沒有被套,老公就把破爛的一面墊床底。另外,睡床很差,轉身時不斷聽到彈弓在響,床也很軟,床應該太久了,睡了兩晚腰酸背痛,總結睡床很差很小,就1.5米,然後房間很大。
訪訪客用戶This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. If you want to stay in a safe and friendly place, DO NOT BOOK HERE. The check-in time is 3:00 but we arrived after 4:00. However, the room we checked into still had the previous guest's towels and there were no new towels in the room. When we asked the receptionist for new towels, she told us they were in the laundry. We checked in after the check-in time, but there were no towels available, so we had to wait for them without being able to shower, which disrupted our schedule. Towels that were provided later were also in very poor condition. The water. The shower hose was terrible for taking a shower. I booked a Suite Room but the shower hose was barely producing any water so I ended up showering using a plastic bowl like the one pictured below. Who knew someone would take a horrible shower in a suite room? The water was hot for a bit, then cold, then hot again for a bit. It was the perfect way to catch a cold in Camerons rainy weather. The lights I couldn't turn off the light in my Suite Room. The light started to flicker and the switch was electrified when I turned it off to go to sleep at 2am. That is really dangerous. If I get electrocuted, who will be responsible? The reception desk was closed and the night staff came to the room, but there was nothing he could do about it. When I went to the reception desk the next day, the reception staff didn't even know what had happened the night before. I can't believe it. The suite room couldn't turn off the light and the switch was electrified. The last thing that was horrible was the reception staff. After all of this had happened, the receptionist was very blunt and I never heard any kind of apology for the inconvenience. She simply called another member of staff and asked me to move to another room, with no intention of explaining or apologising. I don't know why she has to work at the reception desk. This place needs to train its reception staff.
