We arrived early, staff very helpful which included offering us a hot drink. Placing our luggage in our room and phoning to inform us when our room was ready. Suggestions for places to visit and were was a good place to eat. Even booked a table for our preferred time. No trouble with extra milk for tea. Great service…a great credit to Premier Lodge.

This hotel is absolutely spotless and the rooms are nice and modern. It is a no dining hotel- with no bar or restaurant, the closest place to eat is a McDonalds. On our arrival- there were workmen doing their own BBQ in the carpark and a hoard of boy racers in their cars being watched by loads of police in squad cars- not a great first impression! The receptionist said that this was a regular problem, possibly because the hotel is in an industrial area and there are no local residents to complain?

There is no bar or resteraunt on site but they do have a little kitchen tht guests can use. The room was clean and a really good size with double aspect windows which was nice in the warm weather. The location is a little remote so you need to travel for food or get a delivery. The staff where really freindly and helpful so overtall a good business stay.

We had a day to spend before our camper van was available and this place was affordable and close to the famous Kelpies Monument. The trail to the Kelpies was pretty and there were some deer and rabbits along the way. The hotel staff was very nice and assisted us with arranging a taxi and giving directions using the train to our next stop. All the staff were super nice. Our room was even available before the normal checkin time and was very appreciated after our long flight from CA, USA. Carol and Wilma are the best!

I chose this property because it was walkable via a path to see the Kelpies. Susan at the front desk was awesome!! She was so personable, funny, and kind. Other guests obviously felt this way about her too as we saw them interact with her on occasion. When her shift was over another gentleman came in (I called him the Vampire because he stays up at night lol!). He was super kind too!! These guys deserve 10 gold stars!

This property was perfect for our visit to the area to see the Kelpies and catch the train to Edinburgh (festival) and Stirling (cycling championships). Very friendly staff and would definitely stay here again if visiting the area in the future.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The area can be noisy with vehicles, but otherwise a very nice hotel. Short walk to the kelpies.

Aimed at working people but perfect for tourists too. Clean and tidy room with great staff. Walking distance to the Kelpies

Smart hotel with friendly, efficient staff, but lacking a restaurant or bar. Local facilities are a short drive away.
