I’ve been staying at Bay View for many years. It’s always been top notch as far as cleanliness, etc. walked into our room and it was filthy. The front desk was nice enough to show us two other rooms that weren’t a whole lot better but being that we drive all the way from Mississippi, we ended up staying. It came with a hefty price tag to almost a grand for two nights. Far from what you would expect at that cost. I’m very disappointed.

The hotel itself was wonderful- very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The bar downstairs was also really good, and the breakfast was really good for being included with your stay. My advice is to get a room on the ocean side if you're a light sleeper. The hotel is directly across from a bar that is open until 1am and it was very noisy. Also, there is a bell that rings every hour (one ring for each hour of the day). I would definitely stay here again, but on the water side.

This was a fabulous property. We went on an off season weekend, not much opened, but the bar was very telaxing, the music mix was great, everything was relaxing and fun.

Close to perfect There are many things we LOVED about this stay. The doube sided fireplace, the huge soaking tub, the double balconies with the beautiful views. The bed was very comfy and the hotel is very convenient to all things Camden. However, there was a piece of trash that was left in the shower along with what appeared to be a cleaning rag. The plug for the tub had mold on the interior and there was chipped paint on the wall around the tv. A little more attention to detail and the room would have been perfect.

Loved our stay We loved our stay at the 16 Bay View. Amazing location, pleasant staff, lovely lobby bar.
