Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped (20 m2, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: laundry. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking at 100 m. Shop 500 m, supermarket 900 m, bus stop "av castell de vilafortuny" 400 m, sandy beach "Cap San Pere" 600 m. "Ingeborg", 3-room house 60 m2. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and electric heater. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Just a pity that the swimming pool is installed under the power cable, so as soon as the pigeons sit on it, their needs fall into the swimming pool and that is not so fresh
