Old stone farmhouse completely renovated, (CIN: IT046005C27KWY5CSD) surrounded by olive trees, in a small village on the first hill of Camaiore, 365 meters above sea level, from where you can admire a splendid view of the sea, the Versilia valley and the Apuan Alps. The house is about 70 square meters, on the ground floor kitchen with gas oven, 5 burners, refrigerator, dishwasher and small pantry. Living room with sofa, pouf-bed, satellite TV, DVD, fireplace. On the first floor double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds that can be separated, equipped with air conditioning and sheets. Bathroom with shower, equipped with linen Laundry corner with washing machine. The large garden, from where you can enjoy the view in complete tranquility, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, pergola where you can have lunch with barbecue corner and slide for the little ones. In the spring/summer period (from May 18th to September 6th), guests can enjoy an inflatable hydromassage pool (diameter 180 cm, height 66 cm), where they can relax.
In the nearby village of Pedona, reachable on foot along a path of about 1 km, there are two minimarkets, and a typical Tuscan restaurant.
The nearby cities are: Pietrasanta (12km), Viareggio (13km), Lucca (25 km), Pisa (30 km), Florence (90 km). The owners live in the adjacent house, and will be happy to welcome you with a small welcome, they are available for any advice and more.
In the winter the house is supplied with wood for the fireplace.

Nostalgisch und Reine Natur
Es war wie eine Reise in die Vergangenheit .Es war alles da was man braucht und dann Natur pur.Eidechsen Glühwürmchen Ameisen …..Die Gastgeber absolut hilfreich jedes kleine Problem wurde sofort behoben.Zur Begrüßung gab es selbstgemachte Pizza und es wurde beim Koffer tragen geholfen einfach Klasse Gastgeber.Der Ausblick vom Grundstück ist Wnderschön.

Ein kleines Paradies
Unser Aufenthalt in Pedona war wirklich schön. Marco und Ilaria waren sehr freundliche, fürsorgliche, aber nicht aufdringliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ganz am Ende des Weges war sehr sauber, wirklich schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Garten mit Blick auf Berge und viel Meer war bezaubernden, die Sonnenuntergänge legendär. So sieht vermutlich das Paradies aus. Gut zu Fuß sollte man in der Gegend sein, es geht viel bergauf und bergab. Der Strand ist aber auch nur 30 min. entfernt, und nach Lucca ist es auch nicht weit. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Super séjour
Les propriétaires Marco et Ilaria sont vraiment très accueillants. Notre arrivée à été ponctuée avec de délicieuses pizzas et une belle soirée avec nos hôtes. L'appartement est très bien, un peu perdu dans la montagne et la route pour y arriver est par moment assez étroite. Bellevacances

Un lieu paradisiaque coupé du monde
Reçus par un couple charmant et prévenant, Marco et son épouse ont été aux petits soins pour ma Famille ! Après la découverte de la maison tellement pittoresque et d’un autre temps ( mais avec tout le confort moderne) nous avons partagés un beau moment de convivialité autour de quelques pizzas préparées par Notre hôte devant une vue incroyable qui nous a accompagnée tout au long de notre séjour. Si vous cherchez un moyen de vous ressourcer au calme, cette maison est la vôtre.

Un havre de paix
Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans la maison de Marco et Ilaria! La maison est fonctionnelle et pleine de charme, le jardin provoque un vrai coup de cœur avec une vue époustouflante. Marco et Ilaria sont des hôtes prévenants et discrets. Grâce à leurs précieux conseils, nous avons pleinement découvert la Toscane.

Petit paradis en Toscane
Charmante petite maison typique de Toscane idéalement placée entre mer et montagne. Un accueil exceptionnel d’Ilaria et Marco. Tout est réuni (vue incroyable, pergola, jacuzzi) pour passer de superbes vacances dans une région riche culturellement et culinairement !

Ferien am wohl schönsten und friedlichsten Ort
Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbar friedliche und erholsame Wochen an diesem traumhaften Ort. Die Aussicht vom privatem Gartenbereich ist atemberaubend, da man das ganze Tal bis ans Meer überblicken kann. Wer aber so hoch hinaus will, muss da auch erst einmal hin. Die Anfahrt gestaltet sich anfangs aufgrund der Serpentinen etwas abenteuerlich, aber wenn man sich mal daran gewöhnt hat, verliert die enge Strasse schnell ihren Schrecken.
Die Gastgeber Marco und Ilaria sorgen mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft vom ersten Pizzaabend, über viele Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bis hin zu einem nahezu rundum Service für gänzlich sorglose Ferien. Sie sind immer ansprechbar und halten sich gleichwohl zurück. Einfach eine gute Ballance.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Atmosphäre
Mit unserem Hund verbrachten wir eine erholsame schöne Zeit. Eine ruhige Unterkunft in entspannter Umgebung. Von den äußerst herzlichen Gastgebern Ilaria und Marco wurden auch wir mit einem selbst gebacken Kuchen und einem gemeinsamen Willkommens-Pizzaessen empfangen. Der Garten bietet alles was man zum relaxen und entspannen benötigt von den Olivenbäumen, dem Grill, über Hängematte bis zum Whirlpool. Nicht zu vergessen der atemberaubende Blick in das Tal mit Meeresblick.
Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Einfach fantastisch
Mit soviel Gastfreundschaft wird man selten empfangen. Ilaria und Marco sind nicht nur hilfsbereit, sondern liessen uns direkt spüren, dass wir mit unseren drei Kindern herzlich willkommen sind.
Der Garten mit seiner unglaublichen Aussicht ist ein Traum und alles was man benötigt ist im Häusschen zu finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
