金蘭Binh Ba island附近住宿

入住、越野車工作人員和救生員都很友善。 我真的很喜歡這裡的住宿和主泳池早餐。 但 退房時，工作人員一邊退房一邊不停地和其他工作人員聊天。 我覺得注意力不集中 最後結帳後才發現付款錯誤。 我聯絡了Trip.com，在旅途中感到不安和有點惱火。 Trip.com很快就解決了這個問題。 我現在可以再次專注於我的旅行 一切都很好，但問題的解決卻令人失望。

Really nice hotel situated around 2/3 miles from the airport. The location was ideal for an early flight and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were fabulous. They told me where to go to replace an electrical item and even set it up on Google Maps for me to follow. The rooms were basic, but most importantly clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price you’ll pay for a night there especially if you have an early flight to catch. You’ll not find any better in the area for value for money.

이 호텔은 그야말로 천국이에요! 방은 깨끗하고 고급스럽고, 침대는 마치 구름 위에 있는 것 같았어요. 직원들은 너무 친절해서 친구처럼 느껴졌고, 위치도 완벽했어요. 다른 호텔과 비교하면, 세심한 서비스와 디테일이 정말 돋보입니다. 강력 추천합니다!

My family had a bad experience in the Area Cam Ranh. We had 4 people- a big family , booked 2 rooms . When we came, they arranged 2 rooms very far from each other. Not welcome drink. And waiting for the check in the new room until 4:00 p.m. At the pool, we have to rent the life jacket for my kids, just using for 1 hour-50.000 . At night, there wasn’t anything to see or play. But in the advertising Facebook had a film watching outside, Arena Town,…. But the night nothing to play. In the morning of the day after, my kids played at kids club. The staff was very rude. Don’t allow to bring any drink. But my kids need water if they thirsty. I put in the corner at the shoes putting but they don’t allow. And come to talk to me that must be the water outside. But outside no have place to put the water. And we need to go out and come back room. The attitude of staff very rude and unwelcome us The first time and the last time I come here.

Lần đầu nghỉ dưỡng ở chỗ này, thủ tục check in hơi lâu nhưng mọi thứ còn lại đều ok, phòng ok, vệ sinh ok, nhân viên cũng dễ thương nốt hehe. Đặc biệt gửi lời cảm ơn tới chị Nguyên Hương, chưa biết chính xác ở bộ phận nào, chỉ biết chị tư vấn rất tốt và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, chỉ dẫn chu đáo đầy đủ. Khuyến khích mọi người trải nghiệm

다 좋긴 한데 체크인에 딜레이가 잦은 것 같습니다. 서비스는 그냥저냥인데 공항 주변에서 0.5박 하신다면 이곳 밖에 없을 거 같긴 합니다. 그리고 아파트먼트말고 호텔을 추천드립니다.

The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).

這家位於越南金蘭的度假村，真的非常棒，是一家全包型酒店，具有一家主餐廳，3家酒吧，一家夜店，一家零食餐廳，一個籃球場排球場，一個小童俱樂部，除了菜單上兩三樣產品收費，其餘全免費，更可怕的是餐廳24小時營業，隨到隨吃。 每個整點都有活動，我們參加了上午的水球活動，組織的俄羅斯教練一聽我們是中國人，表示歡迎，還特強調他來自俄羅斯並握手，説我們是酒店唯一的中國人，拉着我和孩子組隊打水球。 小童俱樂部一直開到晚上十點，特別像一個幼兒園，裏面的員工都很好，晚上孩子的活動吸引了不少孩子，很快樂。

Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. The staff were so attentive and fast! My son hurt his arm and the nurse was there within minutes helping him out. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful - many of the pictures don't do it justice. I've never seen such a big pool! If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place! It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

It was such a great choice for a family trip. Every staff was kind and very helpful, especially Mr. Viet. He gave us his Kakao ID when we checked in and we were able to get his immediate assistance through out our stay. My family was very satisfied with the beautiful scenery, spacious pool and great service. The rooms and other facilities are also being maintained very well. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Nha Trang! 아주 만족스러운 리조트였습니다. 모든 시설이 깨끗하게 잘 유지되고 있으며 모든 직원들은 친절한 미소로 고객들을 응대합니다. 특히 Mr. Viet은 카카오 아이디를 체크인때 알려주어, 언제든 메신저를 통해 빠른 도움을 주었습니다. 조식 메뉴도 전반적으로 좋았고, 베트남의 대표 음식인 소고기 쌀국수와 반미는 더욱 좋았습니다. 예쁜 풍경과 더불어 최고의 가족 휴가를 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 나트랑에 오게 된다면 이 숙소에 다시 머물 것 입니다.
