默裡紅屋頂飯店(Red Roof Inn Murray)

Absolutely the cleanest and most comfortable room that I have ever stayed in! The outside is dated, and doesn’t do justice to the amazing inside!!! The pictures of the room was spot on and I will DEFINITELY a stay here again and recommend it to anyone that I can!!!

There was a hole in the wall in our bathroom, paint missing from multiple spots on the walls, stains on our towels and sheets, a hole in our blanket, the chain lock was broken, and the room smelled like an ashtray (I didn’t realize smoking rooms were a thing and accidentally booked one). It smelled like someone was actively smoking in the room with us. When I went to check out early because of the condition of the room, the woman at the desk was very uncooperative and blamed the condition of the room on the fact that they allow homeless people to stay there and that they mess up the rooms and that I should have booked a non-smoking room if I wanted a nicer room. She told me to delete the pictures of the room conditions off my phone, which I will not be doing. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as a place to stay.

While checking in attended was laughing at me and my situation. It was not a laughing situation and more of a I really could use a break and it’s been a long day human kindness situation. While laughing she eventually helped me out but con to laugh!

We were a late check-in and the front counter was not staffed. I had to call and wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come check us in. The wall between the bathroom and bed looked like it was about to cave in. The hair dryer didn't work. Not that I much care because I bring my own, but there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. The only thing offered was a bar of soap next to the sink. The linens weren't necessarily dirty, but were definitely old and stained. Sheets and towels looked like they were washed with a pair of jean that blead. On the plus the bed was comfy. This had to be the worst red-roof inn I have stayed in.

Place should be condemned ceilings and walls falling in. Major water damage. Tubs don’t drain and toilets don’t flush. Drywall falling off walls and so are the ceilings. Half of hotel closed off because of more severe issues.

Everything was good except closeness to road. Traffic noise was louder than we were used to.

I liked the ability to listen to music without being bothered. But I’d like complimentary beer and whiskey 😂

The room was clean. There was a smell when we first went in, but we quickly got used to it. Weird that they charge extra for a non-smoking room

it wasnt nothing like the pictures and we payed for 2 nights and only stay one the second night we drove 4 1/2 hours home be cause there was a lot of loud music in the rooms behind us and the front desk acted like it was no big deal
