Appartement top ! C’était une première pour moi au sein de cet établissement et j’y retournerai sans aucuns doute. Il y a un service de nettoyage qui passe presque tout les jours (serviettes de bain changés, poubelles changés, cendrier vidé, literie refaite, papiers wc …). Emplacement top ! C’est un quartier résidentiel qui est calme et très reposant tout en étant à la fois proche de toutes commodités (arrêt de bus à 2min à pied, centre proche, petit supermarché à 5 min à pied à peine, plage proche …). Piscine et transat sont accessible. La piscine est vraiment agréable et très bien entretenue. Appartement spacieux avec une belle terrasse qui donne vue sur la piscine. Au sein de la cuisine, vous avez tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour pouvoir réaliser vos petits plats. Un kit nettoyage est mis à votre disposition (lavette, éponge, produit vaisselle et essuie). Reste plus qu’à faire les courses pour se transformer en petit chef cuistot 😂 Ps: juste petite remarque sur certains ustensiles qui n’étaient pas super propres. Bon, un petit coup de savon et on en parle plus 🧽 Pour conclure, assez bonne expérience pour un prix raisonnable sachant que l’appartement est tout de même localisé dans la municipalité de Adeje.

Estupendo apartamento en costa adeje. Buena ubicacion, a 10 minutos de Playa de los Duques. Limpios, tranquilos, espaciosos, con piscina, terraza y todo lo necesario en cocina. No se puede pedir mas. Hacia calor por la humedad tipica de la zona. Varios ventiladores en las estancias.

Arrivi titubante visto il presso molto accessibile e ti ritrovi in un contesto urbano di gran classe. In un appartamento di oltre 50mq molto pratico, pulito e confortevole. Certo devi avere un mezzo in affitto se vuoi muoverti per l'isola. Positivo, è all'opposto del trucido caos di playa las americas che sconsiglio ad ogni persona civile.

Quel calme. Un petit hôtel de 15 chambres, avec salle de bains refaite à neuf, cuisine, une grande piscine, proche des commodités. Nous y avons passé des moments reposants, sans bruit. Ménage fait régulièrement et très bien fait, extérieurs très propres.

Great apartment so clean quiet and spacious would like to keep a secret a hidden gem. What can I say we loved it would use again and great communication with owner via email. Facilities great all what we needed just 10 mins from local beach and friendly resteraunt.

We loved our holiday at Apartamentos Callaomar. Our apartment, the common areas, and the pool were absolutely immaculate and really well maintained. The apartments are well-located in Callao Salvaje, within walking distance (max 10 minutes) to shops, bars, and restaurants. Victor was incredibly helpful. Our flight was late on the last day, so we had full use of the pool and then access to the changing/shower rooms downstairs off the ping pong room. There is a pool table, laundry facilities, and apartments have a safe you can hire for a nominal fee. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking light meals (full size fridge/freezer, two burner hob, microwave, cooking equipment, crockery, and cutlery). There's no oven in the kitchen and the apartment aren't air conditioned, but there was a large fan which was adequate. The wifi is good and accessible throughout the complex. Each apartment has its own wifi and there is separate wifi around the pool. The pool area is very quiet, there's always a sunbed available (no racing to put towels out at the crack of dawn) and it's the perfect place for couples. We hired a car and had a few days out, which can be more economical than paying for a transfer and taxis/buses to get around. There is a lovely coastal walk which takes you around the banana plantation to Playa Paraíso. We loved everything about the apartments and the location and we will be back!
