Très belle hôtel c'est notre 2 ème visite. Famille de 6 personne les chambres au top.femme de ménages discrète et très pro. Restaurant au top menu varié seul un petit bémol le serveur Tomas nous a mal parlé et à oublier de prendre notre commande. Il se permet de se disputer avec une serveuse devant tout le monde sans occupe retenue. Les activités super l'animateur Diego est vraiment très très bien. Merci à lui. Encore merci à toute l'équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Todos muy atentos y my buena organización. La habitacion espaciosa y limpia, muy buenas vistas al mar. La comida excelente. La zona de piscina perfecta, sobretodo la de arriba. Muchas gracias Lola y a todo el personal por vuestro muy buen trato! :))

Sehr schön gelegen in einem schönen Ort Pool und Service top alle höflich freundlich und hilfsbereit Wir hatten ein Terrassen Apartment und somit nicht soweit zum Pool Das Apartment sehr sauber es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und wenn man es wollte gab es jeden Tag frische Handtücher Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht war sehr reichhaltig das buffet wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt Man konnte zu Mittag oder Abend essen sich aus der Karte oder am buffet bestellen

Okay, so let’s start with the positives …….. 1 bedroom suite was very spacious and well equipped, We paid extra for a pool view and that is what we got with a decent sized balcony. . Twin beds, very comfy, bathroom spacious with a large walk in shower, toilet, bidet and countertop sink. Towels were supplied, but when we had the room cleaned midweek we only received two fresh towels back. There is a TV in the lounge and the bedroom with about four English channels on. Air-conditioning in the bedroom only but we could not get ours to go any less than 17° and as soon as you open the patio doors it shut off. Didn’t feel safe to leave the bedroom window open at night as it faced sideways onto the stairwells and the road and it was a full open window and didn’t have the option to have the top open. So now the negatives ….. when we checked in we were told by the receptionist and it was pointed out to us on a leaflet that the lower pool was for adults and children with inflatables and also a side children’s pool, the top pool up two flights of stairs was for adults only and not heated. After being there for two days, children had then started to swim and play in the adult only pool with inflatables, as two middle-aged people we were quite looking forward to the peace and quiet of having a nice swim in a pool where there were no children so this didn’t happen. Also almost daily The PADI scuba diving instructor was giving lessons in the adult only pool which then made it difficult to swim in the deeper parts of the pool. The lower swimming pool is surrounded by very slippery tiles when wet and we witnessed quite a few people falling over and hurting themselves including children. Only one lifeguard covered the two pools where he was situated on a raised seat but spent most of his time on his phone or going round emptying bins and constantly rearranging sunbeds and from a few remarks we heard from other guests he was extremely rude. The older lifeguard who was there at the weekend was actually doing pool checks and seem to be a lot friendlier. Jacuzzi is based up on the adult only area but children under the age of six were allowed in there even though signs state otherwise. There was a daily aqua aerobics session in the family pool which we could hear from the top pool, but apart from that, we didn’t see many people taking part in the daily activities Which was probably aimed more for children. Pool areas quite dated and not cleaned everyday, lots of sun beds but not many parasols or tables. There are two restaurants in the hotel but only one of them was open which was the main buffet restaurant with seating inside or outside by the pool. The food was very basic with limited dishes and the labelling of the food was very poor. Main allergens were not displayed most food did not even have a description as to what it was ( calamari being labelled as onion rings and chicken nuggets were actually cheesey stuffed jalapeños, meat in the vegetarian salads

Gebucht hatten wir ein 1-Schlafzimmer-Apartment- bekommen haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrate auf ein 2-Schlafzimmer Superior- Apartment im 5. OG. Unserem Wunsch nach einem Apartment in einer der oberen Etagen wurde damit mehr als entsprochen. Äußerst freundlicher Empfang - Emily- eine junge deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin klärte direkt einen früheren Check in für uns ab und war während unseres gesamten Urlaubs immer eine kompetente und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin. Dass das Apartment nur über Treppen zu erreichen ist, war für uns kein Problem - aber auch hier wird beim Check in nochmal nachgefragt bzw. darauf hingewiesen, dass es keinen Aufzug in diesem Bereich gibt Die ganze Anlage machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck . Die Ausstattung unseres Apartments ließ keine Wünsche offen. Großer Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine , Waschmaschine, Filter- Kaffeemaschine mit Dauerfilter und Geschirr, Gläser und Bestecke ausreichend für bis zu sechs Personen. Der große Balkon, mit Blick über die Poolanlagen bis zum Meer bot einen großen Tisch mit 6 Stühlen sowie 6 Sonnenliegen und einen Wäschständer. Die beiden kleineren Balkone waren nicht möbliert und gingen zur Straßenseite- wobei einer einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Teide bot. In der Anlage wird Service noch groß geschrieben- außer Sonntags werden täglich Betten gemacht, Müll geleert und durchgewischt. Auf Wunsch findet jederzeit auch ein Handtuch- oder Bettwäschewechsel statt. Der Poolbereich bietet neben zwei großen Pools auch ein Jacuzzi und ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Pooltücher können auch jeder Zeit ohne Extrakosten gegen frische ausgetauscht werden. Die Poolbar bietet eine schöne Auswahl an Getränken zu absolut moderaten Preisen - das Büfett-Restaurant kann jederzeit ohne Vorreservierung besucht werden. €25,- incl. Getränke pro Person (all you can eat and Drink,)bei einer vielfältigen und schmackhaften Auswahl haben wir abends gerne genutzt. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne entspannte Urlaubswoche verbracht und können den Tropical Park uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Bardzo polecamy! Spokojny hotel z dala od turystycznych molochów Los Christianos, obsługa bardzo miło i bardzo dobrze mówiąc po angielsku. Bardzo dobre wina w barze. Apartamenty z aneksem kuchennym.Jedzenie trochę monotonne ale smaczne, duży wybór hiszpańskich wędlin.
