Abbiamo prenotato una stanza in questo hotel 4 stelle (per scherzo) siamo arrivati stanchissimi e abbiamo scoperto che nonostante la mail di conferma della prenotazione loro non ci hanno tenuto la stanza. Il ragazzo alla reception poi non ci ha neppure aiutato a trovare una nuova location ma ha saputo solo dire che era del turno di notte e che lui non sa quello che fanno quelli di giorno! Spettacolare!!! Talmente efficienti che hanno venduto la camera due volte. Se potete evitate super inaffidabili e scortesi!!! Se si potesse mettere 0 lo metterei!!!

Terrible food and the staff in a hurry although there were only 3 tables occupied. Don’t recommend, they don’t deserve 4 stars. Be aware of plastic in the food and dirty dishes on the table. All the glasses from the table were dirty some with lipstick on them and used. The food was also made in a hurry the steak and the fries were burnt and raw on the inside. Bad experience here, we’re not coming back.

This is a 5* definitely , generous everything, coming back and higlhy recommend to anyone. Geothermal springs are such a gift for our health. Mattresses top, pillows top, spa is absolutely fantastic and clean! Also Olt River has a great promenade along it starting from the hotel itself. Calimanesti and Carolin, you have my heart!

This hotel is very nice for families with small kids, as the swimming pool is not so deep, but you can enter with with small kids with plastic swimming wings. Very clean and Cosy Has more jacuzzis inside, indoor swimming pool and outside has sunbeds and another jacuzzi. I would have enjoyed a variety of coffee, but the breakfast is tasty and ok

It is a beauriful hotel, recently renovated, great location, a nice spa which includes thermal baths, and good service. Modern amenities, good food. A bit pricey for the area, but good quality, I wish they adjusted their spa schedule to make it more accessible.

Excellent hotel with amazing interior designs and artistic decoration. Recently refurbished, proudly shows the art Nouveau designs, carefully selected materials, toned in elegant and calming colours! Great rooms and bathrooms! Restaurant with impressive decors. Small garden with birches and well composed flours and bushes - ideal for coffee or summer meal outside. Two Jacuzzi spots with mosaic (not plastic). I have not expected to see such a rich and stylish interiors in the hotel in this area, stopped by chance as Central hotel nearby (3star) was fully occupied and did not regret for a minute. Great food! Very clean rooms and kind and helpful teams in the reception and in restaurant! Really recommend! I plan to come back!
