Pas d'eau chaude de la journée et de la soirée Revenue le matin. Le porte-bagages en très mauvaise condition et la toilette ne fonctionnait pas bien(il fallait soulever le couvercle du réservoir et se plonger la main dans l'eau pour souler le clapet

state bowling tournament,5 rooms rooms fairly clean ,was a few things that could have been better.faucet leaked water when turned on,under bed was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty ,ran out,of food for breakfast,couldnt get change at front desk for vending machine, blanket on one bed was a old mattress pad ,got locked out of our room ,card wouldn't,work other than that things were ok

The staff was wonderful and helpful. They provided my needs as quickly as possible. I will visit again soon.

Our first room we were given the door was off the hinges and couldn’t close or lock. They were very accommodating and changed our room to a room a few doors down. When we got into the room the window was completely open while it was snowing outside and and freezing. It was already 11 at night and we had to have the kids up by 7 for wrestling. Tried to turn on the heat and it kept blowing a fuse. Finally got the room warm around 2am. Then the hot water was out and nobody could shower. Needless to say a very disappointing trip.

Broken window in our room. Asked for a new room and they didn’t have any available. Was offered a refund, still waiting to see if I actually get it.

The original booking was for a room with two queen beds. The only room available at check in had a single queen bed.

Went to check in and staff was no where around when there were 5 people waiting to check in as well. Finally after 15-20 minutes finally showed up but were Was wearing regular clothes didn’t know it was a staff member. Shower knob falling off and woke up to a cockroach crawling up the wall. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. Would not recommend this place to anyone

The building needs some improvement. The windows were drafty and there were some broken tiles in our bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Cleaning crew could have done a better job as we had wadded up paper towel left on the bathroom floor and the floor around the bed was a bit dusty.
