Great amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, gym, ******, and dining at the hotel, however, there isn't a lot around the hotel within walking distance for things like shopping, other dining options. And there was no airport shuttle, which is a shame. Taxi was the option ($$$). Overall, it was great and the food in the restaurants was great too.

We really appreciated the property being smoke free. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the Cactus Lounge - Dianne and Jill were amazing. We saw a concert and it was excellent - they even had serve bringing drinks to your seat. The ticket checking and wristbanding process is quite slow & required a long time standing in line to enter concert venue. The hotel and ****** are clean and everything is very convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

There was poop in the pool, the “ maintenance” man came back three times to clean it up and never did. The front staff was aware of the situation never closed to the pool till 1 hour after the face and 3 families went up to complain. I told them I wanted a discount because of how it was handled and we travel to this hotel for the pool for my daughter. They never did that and was told a manager would call me in a 2 days they never happened either. Wouldn’t go back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Deerfoot Inn! We were most impressed by the friendliness and flexibility of the staff, the clean accommodations, the convenience of peripheral items i.e. ice etc. What impressed us most was the ability of staff to respond to our special requests for additional pillows, blankets, coffee etc. When a need of hours surfaced, in spite of it being a long holiday weekend and the hotel being shortstaffed because of it, staff always responded to our requests and with a pleasant accommodating attitude. This hotel really knows how to provide traditional customer service that has become such a rarity these days. As to what could have improved our stay, we would've appreciated there being a comfortable overstuffed chair in the room i.e. such as a typical living room chair. I realize we rented a family room, but, nevertheless, an additional comfortable chair would've been much appreciated.

had a Company Chris**as function. The buffet dinner served was very good. The staff were kind and helpful. The next morning,y vehicle wouldn't start due to the extreme cold and the front desk got a staff member to come jump start my car. Fantastic service! Would recommend

Overall had a fantastic stay at the Deerfoot Inn and ******. While sadly the ****** did not pay out for me (lol) the pool was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed themselves too. The Mohave was an excellent buffet and the food was delicious. Would stay here again. A bit pricey for what we did get but overall a good place to stay

Room was not clean as it should have been. Cobwebs were right above my head was sleeping. No soap in the bathroom, had to ask for it. We have stayed at this hotel many times but we have never had this experience before.

During this trip we picked this hotel because other family had already booked in this hotel. I requested a room close to their party when I booked. When we checked in we were 2 floors below them, when I questioned the staff they gave me the “speech” that the hotel was fully booked, they couldn’t do anything, we arrived around 9:00 pm. I made my booking 4 weeks before arriving. The rooms listed on the wi fi that we’re occupied did not include all of the rooms in the hotel, it was not fully booked. There was no hand soap or other niceties in the bathroom. There was large multi use shampoo and conditioner in the shower, we had to use that to wash up after using the bathroom. When I reported this to the front desk in the am they gave me a bar of soap, a little late. Should I have had to phone the front desk to get soap after arriving late to our room? The rooms are large, we had a small kitchenette and table and chairs. The pillows were good and the bed was comfortable.
