The Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! Each staff encounter was excellent, they always exhibited a high level of customer service. Really appreciated the dining experience! Again the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent, although the portions were quite large. We attended the Colin James concert, which was epic! The venue was great! Perfect Birthday celebration!

The reception, door man and staff was very friendly. We went to the Wynonna concert. We never got the opportunity to eat unfortunately there was no space to sit and line ups were too long. Luckily we got some beef jerky for a snack before bed. Need another eating establishment. Great hotel and staff.

South of Calgary. A bit far but if you have a car or transport, a great place to stay and fabulous value for your money.

我們在那裡住了一晚，參加了伯頓·卡明斯的音樂會。多年來，我已經多次參加音樂會，我確實覺得房間似乎有點過時，而且就價格而言，有一種使用過的感覺。真的很懷念那些可以以合理的價格購買房間和音樂會門票以及早餐的套餐的優惠。

2泊お世話になりました。一日目はお湯がでなくてシャワーには入れなかったが二日目はやっとでて入れた。

第一民族開的度假村，寬敞舒適。

乾淨整潔，服務態度友善。

Everything is good

Location was amazing. We came to go to a concert and enjoyed food at the blaze bar and some drinks and stayed at the hotel. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff and great food!!!

已經不止一次入住了，灰鷹酒店一如既往的好，而且******的中餐和自助餐都超出所料的好，強烈推薦大家入住！

乾淨衞生，服務好

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.
