El personal mal preparado para resolver problemas. Debido a la enfermedad de mi hijo viajamos con un medicamento que necesita refrigeracion, y requerimos de congelar los bloques de gel previo a un viaje largo. El chico de la recepcion se negaba rotundamente en permitir llevar los bloques a su congeladror, al no tener uno en la habitacion. Tuvimos que pedir llamar hablar con el Gerente, quien de inmediato entendio el problema y accedio a hacerlo. Por otro lado, las camas estan ya muy usadas, blandas y sus cobijas y cobertores son muy calientes, haciendo muy dificil dormir.
Terrible experience right from the word go. Front desk was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t provide any information and I had to ask a lot pf questions. Breakfast time was not informed. We missed breakfast on second day due to this. We were 5 mins late and front staff rudely said they can’t do anything about it.
There was no housekeeping staff and we were told to carry crib up to room on 3rd floor ourselves. Also when asked for tea bags/sugar, front desk to come and collect it from the reception ourselves. The denied to send someone to room.
I got a call from manager Gina and they apologized about what happened but showed no intention to do something about the experience.
Breakfast was very average with minimal options. ******* mentions that this property is known for good breakfast. I beg to differ. I have had a lot better breakfast options at other hotels. This was not even close to nice.
Will not recommend this place to anyone and definitely not going there again myself.
Expected much better from Hyatt.

I did not like that housekeeping did not make our beds or give us new towels everyday. When we went to call the desk they were very rude and told us we needed to call and tell housekeeping we wanted them to make the beds and or give us more towels . Never had a hotel tell us to call when we want room service. Disappointing when you pay that money. Staff needs to be more friendly. No cutlery when we had breakfast . Had to share.

Terrible booked a room for my son who had his wallet stolen and all his cards and although he had debit tap on his phone they wouldn’t accept that for deposit although I had paid for the room on my visa and I phoned them and offered to pay the deposit they would not accept. When Sales,is closed they cannot authorize anything! What a joke. I said what is he supposed to do? He had nowhere to go. Finally I booked a Motel in Calgary that accepted the tap on the phone for payment. The Hyatt is supposed to be high end well they are far behind in customer service when a lower rate hotel will accommodate you and these people have complete disregard for emergency situations.

WHAT A TERRIBLE SLEEP, if you can even call it that... 1 hour. The room was very nice but the only reason to stay at a airport hotel is to get a good night rest prior to a flight but that was almost impossible. Nice spacious renovated room with a TERRIBEL bed! It was so firm and pillows lumpy, I almost want to ask for my money back. I couldn't sleep at all. Went to bed at 9:30 and laid awake until nearly 3am before having to get up at 4 for my flight. Not only that they put someone with a newborn in the room beside us that started crying for almost an hour at 1am. Why didn't they put a family with a little one spaced a few rooms away. I will never stay here again because the beds are so bad.

We like the cleanliness and safety features in the property.
Breakfast were moderate compare to best western experiences.
The room is amazing however two water bottle and a microwave would have been handy specially for the family with child’s.
Lobby was really helpful however we didn’t get our shuttle in time yet we booked that a night before and we didn’t have any proper explanation for that and that didn’t cost us since we had time to take the air but cd have been fatal if we do not have ample time on hand. Overall 3.5 out of 5.

ALL staff on site was amazing, helpful, chatty and personable, both front staff and the bartender. I would came back again for service like that.
Outside there was someones lunch/dinner on the ground out front the main entrance, all evening and morning. Not nice to look at.
I booked my stay here at this hotel booking through ******* and pictures showed a pool but upon booking no pool available, it was been either shut down or broken for a long time. On getting back to ******* agents I was told, I should have known to call them before my stay is over and then I could have recieved a money refund but since not, I recieved credits(points) Which is great but I dont travel a lot and I dont use ******* often, as third party companies are annoying to deal with to be honest. (Meaning I'll have to spend extra money within a certain time period, as the points do expire). ******* DON'T HAVE YOUR POINTS EXPIRE IF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE GUESTS GET REFUNDED IN POINTS! ******* just put a bad taste in my mouth on this booking. 0 STARS FOR *******. Otherwise great hotel, food, experience, and great location to airport, with shuttle available.
