es un Hotel que de instalaciones es bonito, pero se nota que es lo último que cuidan. Las habitaciones están sumamente sucias. Nos hemos encontrado una araña enorme de esas que te mandan al hospital habíamos traído un picnic y lamentablemente como no hay minibar y está lleno de hormigas, hemos tenido que tirar toda la comida , y tuvimos que gastar casi 80€ en su único restaurante Bella’s y nos ha dado una indigestión , la levitación de la pizza no era la adecuada para los precios del restaurante y estaba sumamente salada la comida con muchísimo ajo no sentó fatal luego no había ningún lado absolutamente ninguno para conseguir agua no hay recepción el pequeño pueblo que hay también está todo cerrado , pasamos sed y la noche en el baño .

Cette évaluation est pour le restaurant Camiral Bella’s qui se situe à l’hôtel Lavida qui est un 4 étoiles Accueil et service lamentable de ce jour…pas d’excuse car ce n’était pas la foule dans le resto La pizza et la lasagne sont autrement supérieures au personnel On se croirait dans un fast food…le personnel ne vous calcule pas du début à la fin du service Dès notre arrivée, on attend à l’entrée du restaurant où 4 ou 5 personnes du personnel nous regardent sans nous adresser la parole Du coup on s’installe et on attend la carte et que l’on nous propose à boire Il n’y a toujours personne qui se bouge…j’ai failli me lever et rentrer dans notre hôtel Camiral En vous apportant les plats c’est sans couverts…on doit aller les chercher nous même Bref une grosse déception pour ce personnel sans conviction

Wir waren in diesem Haus vom 9. - 12. April. und haben in diesen Tagen Golf gespielt, traumhaft. Leider traf dies nicht zum Hotel Lavida zu und es ist ganz einfach ein spanisches 4 Sterne Hotel, die diese Sterne nicht vertreten kann! Für 175 € die Nacht inkl. Frühstück erwartet man, dass mindestens 2 kleine und 2 grosse Handtücher vorhanden sind im Zimmer. Das war nicht der Fall, dafür waren die Betten sehr komfortabel und die Dusche sehr sympathisch. Ablagemöglichkeiten fast keine und fehlender Stuhl im Zimmer!? Wir waren im Zimmer No. 5 und wenn man zur Reception ging, war eine grosse gläserne Schiebetüre, in diese in unserer Anwesenheit, mindestens 5 Leute reinliefen und den Kopf angeschlagen haben, dass die Mädels von der Rezeption sofort aufstehen und sich nach dem Zustandes des Gastes erkundigen hilft dabe wenig. Was aber gar nicht geht ist das Frühstücksbuffet, wenn man das überhaupt so betiteln kann. Es fehlte der Kaffe, nur Nespresso koffeinfrei und der Orangensaft. Das Schlimmste war der Butter und die Margarine, alles war ungekühlt und warm aufgestellt auch das Fleisch und der Käse waren angelaufen. Der Höhepunkt war, dass der Butter ranzig war und noch dazu mit abgelaufenen Haltbarkeitsdatum. Dieser Zustand ist gesundheitsgefährlich ! Da wir uns in der Küche beschwert haben, hatte uns später der Hotel-Manager angesprochen und wollte den Fehler auf seine Aushilfe abschieben. Wir haben ihm dann erklärt, dass die Verantwortung bei Ihm und dem Küchenchef liege und er versprach uns umgehend um Korrektur. Die Lösung wäre eigentlich gewesen, dass er einmal in der Woche in seinem Hotel frühstücken würde und den aktuellen Zustand zu verstehen. Am anderen Morgen war die Frühstück-Situation die Gleiche, keine Veränderung, alles war wieder ungekühlt aufgestellt! Die einzige Veränderung war, dass an zwei anderen Tischen die Gäste äusserst unzufrieden waren sich auch beschwert haben. Hotel unter diesem Management nicht empfehlenswert !

El desayuno es muy pobre y no reponen amenudo cestas vacías. La habitación no tiene nevera. El cierre para ir al balcón imposible de abrir. La piscina sino sabes nadar no puedes entrar si eres pequeña como yo es 1,50m. Solo hay 10 tumbonas. La zona común la tv está mal situada delante ascensor la tienes que ver de pie y no ponen música ambiental. La cena fué buena pero tardan mucho en servir. La habitación muy limpia.

Merveilleux cadre extérieur, chambre esthétique et fonctionnelle, literie très confortable, restauration délicieuse (pdj et dîner). Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, à l’esprit motel américain de luxe À noter, que 10 transats autour de la piscine pour tout l’hôtel, c’est tout simplement, incompréhensible.

Just got back from 3 days staying at the Lavida Hotel and playing Golf with my Son. Before we travelled I nearly cancelled the booking for this Hotel based on the reviews, but fortunately as it turns out, I didn't. The Hotel is very modern and clean, rooms are great with comfortable beds, good aircon and space to store clubs etc ... Yes the bathroom is glass - but there is a curtain you can pull across so it is not a problem. Breakfast was good - fruit, continental, cooked bacon/egg/sausage/beans tomato etc .... Swimming pool is on the smal side - but we were there primarily to play golf so again not an issue and you can use the pool at the main Camiral hotel if needed. The staff were great, organising transport around the resort, early checkin and late checkout etc.. nothing was too much trouble. The Golf was great - both Tour and Stadium courses are fantastic and not impossible for high handicap golfers like us!! We also ate at the main Camiral Hotel which was very good. As a bonus - while we were there - Pepe Guadiola hosted his Legends Golf Tour and the Full England Football team were there for a pre Andora traning camp!! So overall - a fanstastic few days - ignore the previous reviews - book it and enjoy the Golf!! We will be back !!
