For 12 rooms, they hardly have 3 staff members. When we reached there on 29th and parked the vehicle, i was asked to move the car to a different location. After sometime, same parking was used by other customer. There were hesitation in giving towels and napkins, especially when we had booked tor 4 members. They don’t have a proper restaurant. When asked for milk for kids, it was told that its not in package. As a work around we asked for coffee, with powder separate. Then they gave milk in cup which we utilised for kids. When asked for toast, reaction was kitna chahiye? the staff gave 4 toasts for 7 members. Then we asked for more, again question was auro kitna? the room boy told that cleaning will be done only when there is less rush. Then he cleaned the room without our knowledge. All wallets and mobiles were in the room. Nothing was taken but things were happening at will of those 2-3 staff members. They are highly understaffed. One of the staff member was drunk on duty. Overall pathetic experience.
