The apartment is located in the center of Cala Gonone with an independent entrance.
50 m from the central beach and 80 m from the tourist port, departure point for excursions to the marvelous beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
The apartment consists of a large living room and kitchen, a double bedroom with sea view balcony and a bathroom with shower.
Air-conditioned offers the possibility of having 2 more beds (thanks to the comfortable sofa / bed). A veranda with table and chairs where you can eat outdoors and relax.

Moderne Wohnung in optimaler Lage
Die Wohnung ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern, sehr modern und alles neu gemacht.
Die Vermieterin war total freundlich und hat uns auch einige Tipps gegeben.
Zum Hafen sind es nur 2 min zu Fuß und ebenso zum Spiaggia Centrale.
Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür und alles andere zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wohnung und Gastgeberin super!
Die Wohnung ist prima. Supermärkte um die Ecke, nah zum Strand. Gastgeberin sehr gut erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt die Lautstärke der Straße nebenan. Allerdings Wohnung gut isoliert, wenn Fenster zu.

Tutto molto bene !
Sono molto contento , perché la collocazione permette di poter raggiungere e vivere posti di mare tra i più belli della Sardegna . La casa ha risposto in pieno alle aspettative, con il punto forte e indispensabile del posto auto personale: senza sarebbe impraticabile. Solo due piccoli appunti , che non dipendono però più di tanto dalla proprietà : non c'è il wifi, ma anche se ci fosse cambierebbe poco, perché il segnale in tutta l'ampia zona di Cala Gonone e dintorni è di pessima qualità, con grandi problemi di linea ovunque. Poi, il fatto di essere in centro, comporta una discreta movida di persone che rientrando anche a tarda ora, non sono sempre educatamente silenziosi . Per il resto tutto a portata di mano, e veramente molto confortevole .

ébergement à éviter en été
Parking payant à proximité, pas de WIFI, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement dans la pièce principale et pas de clim dans la chambre donc impossible de dormir dans la chambre température intérieure ＞ à 35 degrés.
ne vous fiez pas aux indications du site.

Super Aufenthalt
Apartment war sauber und für unsere Zwecke völlig in Ordnung bis auf das man den Müll selbst entsorgen musste und keine zwei Elektro Geräte gleichzeitig laufen durften, weil sonst die Sicherung rausgeflogen ist.
