Great hotel with friendly staff. Room 417 is quiet,away from the infamous karaoke bar is you want a quiet room. Faces another hotel & apartments. Gets loads of sun if the afternion / evening on the terrace. Good location near shops & restaurants & not too far a walk to the beaches which are beautiful. Unfortunately there are people who put their are people who put their towels out at 6.30 when the pool dosen't open until 10am,it was always the same people in the same spots daily. Really friendly guy at the pool bar & the food is lovely there too. Supertramps nearby is great for an english breakfast & the sunday roast was lovely too. Best supermarket was the nearby Bip. Turn left outside the hotel & walk to the roundabout & it's on the right. It does fresh baguettes daily. Altogether a great place to stay in a great location with excellent staff,would return.

Stayed in Esmeralda Gardens for the 4th time in June. The complex has benefited from a new entrance, garden and a car park. The apartments are immaculately clean and iarewell located midway between Ferrara beach and the centre of Cala d'Or. Apartments are a decent size with basic but adequate kitchen facilities. Staff on reception the lifeguards and Javier on the beach bar especially were genuinely pleasant and always helpful. Many of the staff remain from our first visit in 2015 which is a credit to Inturotel group. There is no evening entertainment which I regard as a blessing and noise from nearby bars disappears well before midnight and can be mitigated by requesting a room at the rear of the block which is much quieter than the pool view appartments.
