I am not reviewing the hotel as it is now as I last stayed here in 2019. We were due to stay here next May 2026 but after reading all the bad reviews especially the cleanliness of the pool area which is crucial to our children's safety and there also not being much for the children to do, with regret we have decided to cancel the booking for this hotel and chose to go somewhere else. We were looking forward to coming back to this hotel as when we stayed in 2019 with our daughter who was only 14 months at the time, it was a great hotel and we wanted our youngest daughter to have the same experience, we are saddened to hear that the hotel has gone down hill. We would not normally take notice of the bad reviews if there was only one or two but it appears everyone has had the same experience this year.

I absolutely love this hotel, & all the staff is so nice, the rooms are always clean, cleaners very nice, reception always helpful. It’s a shame that I have to share a poor review, as I am coming here over 25 years as a child and now with my children, my girls love coming here every year. I just thought there was a big downfall this year. Entertainment- the new animation team this year is really nice & friendly, all the kids loved them but they have not been given enough equipment to entertain the kids, other than the T-shirt painting and the red bridge. No atmosphere at the pool , when I look back at all the years I have coming here there is a big difference in the day time at the pool, there used to be dancing songs at the pool everyday, dance routines to chocolate song, last year there was a mascot birthday and chocolate cake for all the kids, thats gone. There used to be bingo at the pool, sangria making for all the adults. There has been nothing this year. And for the night time shows there was nothing worth staying for. No fire show, no Disney show, no foam party’s, no BBQ nights, it’s a big down fall and very sad to see. All the returning customers for many years that we spoke to said they would never return after this year. The pool area was so dirty, in the 16 days we have spent there I was up from early morning and never seeing the sun beds moved to be cleaned , they used to be stacked up every night to be cleaned and power hosed and not this year, there was a machine going around but only went around the front of the pool area, also in the pool was filthy, the side of the slide you can see the dirt on. Never saw anyone check the pool or the inside been cleaned, again comparing to passed years there used to be a man that got in the water every morning before the pool opened and he went around cleaning the inside tiles in the pool, all up the slides . No cleaning went on this year in the pool, I have the same photos of the dirt and to the day I left it still wasn’t cleaned. Safety is absolutely shocking, this is a family hotel with lots of children, there should be no way into this hotel without a key or a code. It’s frightening to think that anyone can just walk into this hotel, I really hope things change so I can return here with my children

This was our second visit to the hotel first time was June 2022 second time June 2025. And let me tell you that it’s lost its spark. I will give a honest review state the good and state the bad! The rooms - clean tidy and have what you need could benefit with more storage though. The shower would flit between boiling hot and cold without even touching it and it was a nightmare we kept burning ourselves all the time. The towels used for showering were tiny barely covered an adult body and were stained and just old and tatty this was not an issue last time we stayed but it’s an issue now the towels have changed. The pool - it was filthy debris in the water dirty sun beds dirty around the pool area I have left photos. There is also entrances for anyone just to walk in not secure at all this resulted in the people next to us having there bag stolen with their phone in it. The police where called cctv was checked and then my 12 year old son was pulled up by them and questioned as he had a black item on him which looked like their back it wasn’t it was his Nintendo switch case which he carries his switch in and his mobile he was so upset about the whole thing and that he was been made to feel that he had done something he had not apparently the mobile that was stolen was tracked to a apartment in palma but the police couldn’t be bothered to follow that up. There is now only 1 big inflatable in the pool for half a hour a day for the kids the other one apparently got condemned as it had rotted and was unsafe they have not replaced it. A big issue is the lack of umbrellas to go around this has been a issue since we came in 2022 which has been voiced by many many people in their reviews yet nothing has been done you don’t take anyone’s reviews on board at all to rectify problems. The bar/ restaurant - the food is nice nothing fancy just nice but the prices are so so expensive. The staff at the hotel are not nice infact they are rude and miserable and don’t look like they want to be there one evening we returned from eating food out as we where self catering and took the kids to watch the entertainment my son had a bottle of coke to take up to the room as we where self catering. The lady bar member said you can’t drink that here (it was un opened on the table and he never touched it) then 10 minutes later the male bar man came over proceeded to again rudely and abruptly say you can’t drink that here and removed it off the table on the floor the drink was still un opened and un touched! We are self catering we paid to stay at the hotel and I’m guessing watching the entertainment was in that price but not allows to drink your own drinks (even though he wasn’t the bottle of coke was un opened to go up to our room with). The entertainment- it’s rubbish not worth watching infact I’m not even going to say anything more than that about it just trust me! Visited in 2024 had such a great time we re booked for 2025 having arrive a week ago things have not been the same entertainment is beyond poor for kids compared to last year their has been zero water activity to entertain the kids like last year with all inflatables etc. night time entertainment is the same very poor will not return
