O Hotel é hiper charmoso e uma delícia se hospedar nele. Parece mais um Resort. Fica na Praia do Encanto, na antiga 5ª praia, um local mais afastado da Vila. Portanto, mais deserto e selvagem. Um excelente lugar para realmente descansar. Conta com uma estrutura linda e fantástica, transfer para a Vila, centro de Morro, restaurante com cardápio diverso e com preços compatíveis com os da Vila. A equipe de funcionários é simpática e maravilhosa, ao qual agradeço a acolhida e por fazer acontecer, em especial a Jaqueline, Stella, Nilda, Maria, Maynara, Luana, Nete e Sr. Luís.

Very nice place but unfortunately it's not as it should be for the price and what it could offer. Most of the staff don't care for the clients, and you need to ask a few times for things, also no one speaks English. The breakfast was disappointing, lots of sweet cakes but supersweet and little other options. The same fruits every day, juices without flavor except for orange juice. Horrible meat and bread quality. Other food is mediocre The swimming pool and beach are not cleaned on a regular basis, so you find trash and old plates left. The room had fridges with visible corrosion outside, and the umbrella was broken. The cleaning lady leaves the balcony unlocked. The busses don't leave every hour during the whole day but only in the morning and then every 2 hours.

A pousada está numa localização excelente, o quarto estava limpo, fomos bem tratados pelos funcionários e o ar-condicionado funciona muito bem. O quarto não tem luxo, porém condiz com o valor pago. Com certeza voltaria novamente, já que o valor foi ótimo.

This place is excellent they looked after us from the moment we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready so we got sent up to the bar had a few drinks until it was ready. There are two buildings one is at the sea front the other is street view but we had a spa bath and the view wasn’t bad at all. Good hearty breakfast really nice staff all greeted us and when the boat had no tickets left the receptionist NETE did everything she could to help us and to make sure we got home to the point of offering to go to the docks and messaging to make sure we were ok.
