小鎮美景飯店(Town View Hotel)

A fuir Photos trompeuses, petit déjeuner payé non servi, wifi aleatoire, odeurs d'humidité, bruit infernal : musique très fort à l'étage en dessous Escalier d'accès sale et jonché de détritus Ascenseur très vieux sans porte interieure.

اسوء تجربة ممكن تمر بها في رحلتك بمجرد ما تدفع الحساب وتدخل الغرفة الي انتهاء رحلتك تفضل تعاني في اشياء لا تعمل او ناقصة في الغرفة والموظفين بيمنعوا أي محاولة تواصل بينك وبين الإدارة بتعليمات من الإدارة نفسها وتحس إن بيتعمل عليك إتفاق إنك تخرج مستاء من المكان اتذكر أنه بتاريخ 1/12/2022 حجزت غرفة وتركت الشنط ونزلت ولما رجعت كانت ريحة المجاري لا تطاق بسبب مشكلة في الصرف..وبعد محاولات بائسة من الموظفين اضطريت أنام في الغرفة لأن الوقت كان متأخر جداً بعد ما خلصت البريفيوم بتاعي في هواء الغرفة وصحيت الصبح علي الريحة برضه والإدارة طبعاً لا حياة لمن تنادي أهم شئ الحساب أول ما توصل وبعدين اعتبر نفسك في معسكر كشافة The journey of survival

Primeramente es difícil de encontrar la entrada, pues está entre dos edificios sin señalizar. Absolutamente nada que ver con las fotos que muestran. La infraestructura es terrible y los cuartos con olor a cigarro. Mienten sobre todas las amenidades. Mal servicio, los trabajadores nada profesionales. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Cualquier hostal a mitad de precio es mejor. Dinero peor gastado.

Это самы ужасный отель и сервис что я видела, он даже не достоин называться хостело.Бронировали что бы переночевать ночь перед вылетом. В Каир приехали в 22:00, заранее списалась с отелем и предупредила. Его было невозможно найти, описания как добраться нет, вывесок нет, местные не знают. Через некоторое время поисков нашли в закаулке небольшую вывеску на которой даже небыло написано на каком этаже отель, лифт который едет до 8го этажа не работал, пришлось подниматься на 7 этаж и пешком с чемоданами идти ещё этаж. На 7 этаже была какая то стройка, грязь, шум. На ресепшене ни кого не оказалось, рядом были грязные диваны на половину разодранные и воняло сигаретным дымом. Покричав какой-то непонятный сотрудник прибежал, долго искал наше бронирование, потом попросил подождать 3 минуты. В итоге через 30 минут он нам говорит что свободных номеров нет и предлагает другой отель, который находится гораздо дальше про стоимость совершенно ни чего не объясняет и почему так получилось тоже! В общем мы от всего отказались и нашли другой отель, которым остались довольны. Не бронируйте и не едьте туда , даже если вам нужно всего лишь переночевать 1 ночь!!!! Это просто ужас!

We stayed here two different times for our first time in Egypt. The first time, the hotel was okay and the service was good. Because of how affordable this hotel was, we weren’t expecting any more than what we got. The second time however, there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, and the ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold. There were no blankets and it was very cold. The breakfast is good and the people here are quite friendly. Just keep your expectations low for this hotel, and I would call it more of a hostel.

If you are considering booking this hotel and you have arrived at this review, take my advice and find somewhere else, but do not stay here under any circumstances. We arrived in Cairo very late at night and it was practically impossible to find the entrance to the hotel. "Entrance" to call it something, because you have to go into a passageway and you arrive at a doorway that is filthy, old and where a homeless man sleeps in the stairwell. It is impossible to go up to the hotel because the stairs are a dump. LITERALLY. You can see from the photos what I mean. The lift is like a scary movie, dirty, half of the doors have no glass and it is built on the outside of the building and has no wall. When we arrived at the hotel, they made us pay in cash because they did not want to accept payment by credit card and we had to go, almost at one in the morning, to make a withdrawal at an A**. The room we were given was not one of the beautiful rooms with new parquet floors shown on the website. It was a three-bed room, dirty, with a smashed floor and furniture and a filthy bathroom with a mouldy ceiling. We spoke to reception and told them that this was not the room we had booked and they told us to come the next day and they would change our room. When we went the next day, we were told that it was already late and there were no more rooms available. Besides all this, the breakfast is very poor, the wifi doesn't work at all and there is music and lots of people making noise in the cafe all day long. In short, the hotel is terrible and overpriced for the dump it is. I don't understand how Booking allows this type of establishment on their website. Also, if you look at the reviews, many of them have the same profile picture and the same name, but different country, so they are fake. I insist: DO NOT STAY THERE.

Hotel Cairo Fake pictures! The Receptionist Omar had no room for us , although we had Reservation in this hell hole! He cancelled it due to no show although we were standing in front of him at 3am in the morning without a room! Lack of respect after flying 20h
