新開羅總統飯店(New President Hotel Cairo)

Excellent location in green Zamalek, great amenities, superb service, very clean and excellent food.

To my surprise i would never have thought that a three star hotel in Egypt would be that beautiful and spotless clean. The Staff was very friendly and always helpful. The young receptionist helped me with any question. The rooms were very clean, the towels changed every day thanks to the cleaning lady Nada who also always made sure that we had enough water bottles available and clean bedsheets. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone who expects a high standard for good money. The location is very convenient and taxis always pass by. Breakfast is to be consumed at the Hotel President next door, the older version of the hotel on the 11th floor for about EUR 11/person.

New President was a great base for my wife and I's cairo holiday. Really well located on Zamalek it was fairly quiet by Cairo standards and has embassies all around it which meant it felt fairly safe. We were able to wander the island without any hassling. The wifi was decent the rooms were big and everything was a good standard for a budget hotel. You really get some good value for money out of the rooms, although our shower tended to flood a little. Heaps of really good restaurants and cafes around. The main street has cheaper food as well as more expensive sit down meals. I would also highly recommend a guide, we used Khaled / Egypt Dreamers Whatsapp: +20 122 744 8749 we used him for the 3 days we were here and he showed us all of Cairo.

Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious. Only downside is shower didn't drain properly and so bathroom was at risk of flooding, and toilet door wouldn't open all the way so we had to squeeze through it. All in all it was enjoyable though and staff are lovely. If you're in need of a guide in Cairo we recommend Khaled Abdo (egypt dreamers) who met us at the accommodation daily and knows Cairo back to front. Book him directly not through the hotel.

Buen hotel - recepción muy amable, desayuno rico y habitaciones limpias y amplias. El recepcionista nos recomendó hacer el tour de las pirámides con el guía Khaled y realmente acertó! Fue un tour estupendo - Khaled conoce muy bien la historia y tiene un español muy bueno.

飯店的位置很好——位於使館區，步行即可到達許多餐廳。我們住在頂樓的家庭房 - 12F。有兩部電梯，只能到11樓，需要走樓梯上下。我們樓層有一個不錯的健身房。房間很寬敞，有四張床、一間浴室和一個俯瞰城市和尼羅河的陽台。網路速度相對較快，有一些輕微的中斷。夏季期間，晚上 8 點至 9 點會停電。該飯店停電時間為下午6點至7點，房間內沒有空調時有備用電源供電。雖然晚上 8 點至 9 點該地區一片漆黑，但我們可以在自己的房間裡享受空調。這裡的服務是一個問題。我們在那裡住了兩晚，工作人員忘記了我們房間的清潔工作。在我們入住的第一晚晚上，我去接待處要吹風機，我被告知會立即送來。 15 分鐘過去了，我打電話給接待處，他說吹風機正在路上。又過了 15 分鐘，我們決定放棄，並打電話給接待處，告訴他我們要睡覺了。第二天，在我們離開飯店之前，我請接待處的工作人員送吹風機到我們的房間。當我們回來時，我們發現沒有客房服務，也沒有吹風機。飯店的基礎設施比隔壁的姊妹飯店好，但隔壁總統飯店的員工和服務更好。雙人床的床墊很舊，我們不得不睡在床的一側，中間部分很不舒服。

Hotel très coquet; de la réception a la chambre, tout est impeccablement net! La literie ainsi que le linge de bain d’excellente qualité . Le personnel a surement droit a un excellent training ( ils sont tous souriants, discrets, et tres professionnels )( Tous les staffs des structures du groupe PRESIDENTIAL le sont d’ailleurs!). Le petit déjeuner est servi a la salle La Terrace de l’hotel President ( mitoyen); un petit buffet bien riche dans une salle au 11 eme étage avec une tres belle vue sur le Caire. Seul petit bémol, au New President , les clients du bar/pizzeria olivo(a coté de l’hotel) lorsqu’ils sortent discuter dans la rue et qu’ils font un boucon monstre! Faudrait peut être penser a un double vitrage dans les chambres . Quoi qu’il en soit les « bébés » de Presidential répondent tous a des critères de qualité a tout point de vue .
