最高でしたー！

The overall stay was excellent and the rooms were spacious! Location was near to many amenities and places of interest. However, some areas of improvement include (1) the blades of one of the ceiling fans was fixed wrongly causing the air to blow inward instead of outward; (2) washing machine was cranky and noisy after turning on with load; and (3) the WiFi strength was quite poor which caused us to disconnect quite a number of times and video streaming was bad.

We stayed in a two-bedroom water view apartment for five nights. Each bedroom had its own bath. The apartment was spacious, with nice amenities, and the beds were comfortable. The a/c worked well. The apartments are a short trip from the airport. They are centrally located, and an easy walk to the wharf, restaurants, and tours. We were warmly greeted upon arrival by Marissa, and also had the pleasure of meeting Jodie, who were both very helpful.

3ベッドルームと2ベッドルーム2部屋で10歳～80歳の3世代、家族8人での9泊の旅。（当初予定5泊） お部屋は清潔感あり広々していてバルコニーからも眺めも気持ちよく、目の前はボードウォークでお散歩にも最適。ホテルの前のヘミングウェイブルワリーも心地よいブルワリーでした。 ケアンズセントラルも徒歩圏内、徒歩5分くらいにスーパーマーケットもあり買い出しにも便利でした。（大人数の為お水の買い出しだけが少し大変でした） 朝から夕方まではフロントにスタッフの方もいらしてグリーン島のツアーも手配してくださったり、キュランダへ行くのも相談に乗っていただき楽しむことができました。 今回なんと日本の台風の影響で帰りの飛行機が欠航になり4日先まで代替便がなく急遽5泊から9泊に。すぐに快く隙間で空いてるお部屋を抑えてくださり、運よく路頭に迷わず済みました。しかも連泊の割引まで適用してくださり、部屋移動はあったものの逆にいろんなお部屋が楽しめました。キッチンがついてることにも本当に助かりました。 日本人スタッフのKenさんがいてくださったことも本当に心強くたくさん助けていただいたし、つたない英語を一生懸命理解しようとしてくださったりパソコンの翻訳機能で会話してくださったりとにかく親切にすべて対応してくださったJodieさん、本当にありがとうございました。 出かけて帰ってくる度、家に帰ってきたような心地よさでした。 また行きたいです！
