Great overall experience. Excellent customer service. Really good location for business or pleasure. Pay for parking inside the building as it is very convenient and protected from weather. Street parking is available but I always seem to have rotten luck with street parking! I will stay again and recommend this property to others!

Best stay in cairns for couple Check in was very easy and friendly. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Great location to restaurant, shops and walking along esplanades. We didn’t do any boat excursions but very close as well. Definitely will book again.

I have booked my room for again next year. This was very clean perfect location. Beautiful room, excellent view. Staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend these apartments. Safe , quiet, easy walking distance to central Cairns

For the price was pretty average

We never ended up staying at the apartments. We called ahead for a late check in but were left the wrong key cards and would not work for the apartment that was reserved for us. The cards had a different room number on them so we thought that maybe it was the paperwork that was wrong. Guess what? The cards did work on the other apartment but I’m sure the guy we woke up at 1:00 in the morning wished they hadn’t. With no desk and no after hours phone number to call, we had to walk across the street and book our stay at the Hilton (they were great by the way). We also never heard from the property management afterwards, not even to apologize.
