在海外住過最離譜的酒店。房間的被子和澳洲其他酒店一樣，都是夾心的，衹有兩層布，睡了第一晚之後我們起床發現半條腿上密密麻麻十幾個小紅包，因為一整天有行程我們先出海了。晚上回到酒店要求酒店換床單被子，酒店和我們説竟然沒有阿姨在晚上值班，也不給拒絕房間。後來給出的方案是給了我們倉庫裏的一套“新”的備品。最噁心人的來了，我們回房間打算自己換上，備品的床單攤開來觸目驚心：血跡，煙灰，毛髮，破洞到處都是。嚇得我們晚上衹敢睡在浴巾上，第一晚懷疑是跳蚤，回國二十天都沒好透。非常差

房間很大，衞生不錯，環境和服務有四星標準，住的非常舒適，入住人員非常滿意，相約下次凱恩斯旅行還會住。

地點很棒，很乾淨，簡直太棒了！ 淋浴也能用，這點也讓我很開心。 如果我再來凱恩斯，我很樂意再次入住這裡！

位置好，出入各種方便，5-8分鐘內碼頭，夜市步行可到.樓下麥當勞，標誌明顯. 對比後面入住的MERCURE好太多，推薦.

飯店位置不錯。但房間清潔似乎要額外收費。我住了一個多星期，最後房間看起來亂糟糟的。後來我自己打掃了一下。這項政策應該適用於住一兩天的客人，如果決定住更長時間，飯店必須提供清潔和其他設施，無論他們是否提前預訂。

位置非常方便 到公共泳池衹需要三分鐘。去夜市因為衹需要3分鐘，非常適合出遊。房間也挺新的，有機會還會住。

這是到澳洲的第三個城市，也是入住體驗感最差的酒店，收着跟五星級一樣的費用，去提供着招待所的服務，入住時必須信用卡收取一澳幣按金，其他方式不可以，在澳洲其他酒店一直付現金都可以，不知道意義是什麼，再説一下衞生，每天沒有專人打掃就算了，蟑螂都爬上床了，實在是堪憂，望廣大網友入住前認真考慮

問都不問就安排了無障礙房，這讓人非常不舒服。空調口對着床頭，冷氣直降，晚上開空調不舒適。房間窗户的視野非常差，對着停車場，還不如沒窗。

設施現代化，工作人員友好，位置優越。景色有點誤導（窗戶實際上看不到風景），但總的來說沒有什麼可抱怨的。

這家酒店最大的優勢就是它的地點，距離碼頭僅400米，非常方便。但是，設施一般，且房間打掃、衞生清理以及洗漱用品都是要收錢的，如果訂房時價格便宜，就可能不提供服務，非常不爽
