卡恩塔Serratos Pasalubong Center附近住宿

酒店位置離附近的公演場地很近，臨近大型超市、商場、食肆等，非常方便。但房間設備跟服務可圈可點，當天2點多checkin， 被派一間大門安全鎖破損的房間，馬上重回前枱要求換房，然而換房後也是同樣的情況，礙於時間關係只能無奈接受。隔天一大早8點酒店職員拍門詢問清潔時間，已明確告知於1-2點會外出，請安排清潔。然而直到3點折回房間時仍未提供任何房間清潔。致電至前枱要求房務部安排於5點前進行清潔服務，然而直到晚上回去發現房間並無清潔過。作為一間4星級酒店這樣的服務讓人有點無奈，但是酒店的地點是真的方便，期望酒店方能改善一下服務質素。

My friend booked around 7 or 8 rooms in advance for an overnight stay, and here’s what we encountered: - We were placed on the 7th floor, where there was a noticeable varnish smell upon exiting the elevator. - One room had a cemented water drainage system, which caused flooding and inconvenience. - The air conditioner in one room was malfunctioning. - A door lock was broken, and we were advised to go to the lobby each time our friend needed to access their room. - We were required to wait in line for check-out, despite having a keycard drop box available. At that time, there was a long line for check-in and check-out. - Parking verification had to be done both at the lobby and in Basement 1. - The rooms were not ready by the check-in time. While the location is convenient, being close to Gateway Mall, the overall experience was disappointing, as it seemed we were assigned to rooms and floor that were not fully prepared for occupancy.

儘管疫情帶來了限制,但我真的在這家酒店住得很開心。即使在我還在加拿大並試圖預訂/重新安排酒店預訂時,這家酒店的經理拉爾夫也非常有幫助。當我擔心我的預訂時,他非常樂於助人,很容易回覆。前台工作人員總是開朗,每次我打電話給他們時,都很容易滿足我的需求。我在那裏住了4晚,但沒有什麼可以說我是多麼高興我預訂了酒店預訂。謝謝。

住了三天，首天發現床單和被子可能是沒換，有香水味，次日讓酒店換了，不過本人身上出疹需要返國後就醫。總體服務員態度熱情，就是服務反應有點慢，大堂前台服務員當沒有接待客人時，三四個前台服務員互相大聲聊天有講有笑。樓層服務員有禮服務周到。第一天進住發現馬桶蓋歪了。

We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! 這是我第二次爲希甘特斯訪問安戈諾。前一年我住在泰泰的一家酒店,因爲我不知道這個小度假村/牀和早餐。在兩晚的停留中得到了很多,但是由於我讀到的一些評論,我有點擔心。我承認,經常有很多人在游泳池邊演奏音樂或唱卡拉OK,我的浴室/淋浴間與臥室是分開的,但那是私人浴室。我只能假設,關於服務質量差的投訴與不再在VJR工作的人有關,因爲我接觸的每個人都是樂於助人和友好的。總之,特別是考慮到價格,我非常開心。房間很大,乾淨舒適,有一張非常大非常軟的牀。如果您爲希甘特斯或每年的任何時候訪問安戈諾,以吸收菲律賓藝術之都的美食和文化,Johana別墅是您打造家底的理想地方!

由於疫情的原因時隔四年又來到馬尼拉，每次來馬尼拉都會入住凱悦酒店。感覺還是非常親切的，從辦理入住到進入房間都很順利，員工還是很熱情的。每次住凱悦酒店的第一頓晚餐肯定要在酒店吃自助，我發現品種沒有疫情前多了，還有一個餐枱是空的，自助晚餐的湯是土豆濃湯太鹹了。房間裏的礦泉水是大玻璃瓶裝的，檔次看上去很高但不方便攜帶，而且瓶蓋打開後水喝不完的話就蓋不上了。其它都不錯，以後有機會再去馬尼拉還會選擇凱悦的！

我們在大西區酒店度過了愉快的時光，這裡非常適合我們輕鬆的週末度假。儘管酒店是新開業的，仍在進行一些建設，但設施和房間都很充足和舒適。 一個特別的亮點是早餐，菜單豐富且令人滿意。我們也要衷心感謝 Kim 幫我們預訂房間。總的來說，這是一次美妙的體驗。

我們在長灘島過夜。我提前通過電子郵件要求,讓他們在機場接我。我住在底層的珊瑚翼房間,但房間足夠大和舒適。有一個廁所２。在辦理登機手續時,我被要求在海邊或噴泉邊,所以我選擇了噴泉邊。從房間的客廳和浴室,我可以看到每小時舉行的噴泉表演,從下午6點以後。雖然聲音聽起來不那麼響亮。房間的好處是行李寄存空間很大,可以直接從入口處走,有帶亮燈的梳妝檯,大浴缸底部有防滑裝置。淋浴房裏有很多地方,例如長凳。便利設施的氣味很好,吹風機的風量也足夠。浴袍的觸感也很好。第二天早上的航班很早,所以我通過禮賓部安排了搶,但是我決定了叫醒時間,行李提貨時間等,然後將紙上的東西送到了房間。給了我。這是一個可靠的迴應。
