Firstly, when we arrived no one was there (although we were asked before by phone to send a message or call shortly before we arrive - and that is what we did). I called and didn't get an answer, I asked at the fish shop with the same name the told us to go round the corner to check if someone is there and otherwise come back. We did so. No one opened. It was cold we had two suit cases and didn't feel welcome at all. We were told afterwards that there was another guests arriving at the same time. I would still have appreciated if someone would have informed us about that and not let us wait in the cold. Secondly, we were not able to get dinner, although it was mentioned that you offer food. Again, it would have been nice to know beforehand that it would be difficult to get dinner. (we had peantus at the end). Thirdly, after a night without dinner, we didn't get proper breakfast. We were told that bread and pastries would get delivered to the door (breakfast is in the room), but this never arrived (although I complaint several times - no solution). We waited for more than an hour before we finally left (payment was in advance). After no dinner at night, not having a proper breakfast (the cheese and salmon without bread wasn't neither good nor filling), we were really disappointed. I asked for at least a small refund, but although promised, I didn't receive anything back. We had a most wonderful stay in Ireland, but this experience was really sad.
