Holiday Inn 卡利亞里(Holiday Inn Cagliari)

There was a fire right outside the hotel. We argued with the hotel manager for 4 hours to accept a refund for us to change hotel but she wouldnt agree. The smoke got inside the lobby, corridors and rooms but she would still not agree with a refund. No evacuation was planned either which is insane.

Service was phenomenal, the staff there were very friendly and caring, any problem or request and my needs were met. The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

L’hotel è stato molto comodo per gli spostamenti di lavoro, a due passi dalla tangenziale e a pochi km dall’aeroporto. Comodo l’ampio parcheggio. Le stanze erano pulite e ci si muoveva abbastanza bene. I locali comuni sono ben tenuti, puliti e funzionali. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione, con ampia scelta. Il ristorante offre una buona scelta e i piatti sono fatti molto bene. Buono rapporto qualitá/prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente quando sarò di nuovo a Cagliari.

Holiday Inn a Cagliari, posizione ottimo, in prossimità dell’aereoporto. Camere spaziose e pulite, colazione minimale e a mio parere migliorabile, personale gentile e cordiale. L’hotel dispone di ristorante proprio. Ampia area di parcheggio. Rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media.

Una vera garanzia per il confort e i servizi. Pulizia della camera ottima e cordialità e molta professionalità alla reception. A 10 minuti di macchina sia dall'aeroporto che dal centro cittadino l'hotel è una valida opzione per visitare la città e nel contempo rimanere vicino l'aeroporto. Assai apprezzabile il corner colazione per chi deve partire presto la mattina. Ci tornerò senz'altro

When we arrived there was a fire just next to the hotel and smoke everywhere. People were panicking at the reception area when we arrived. I had difficulties to breathe. Question to you: Would you have a good feeling to check in at his situation? We kindly asked the employee on duty (reception) of this hotel if he is ok with the fact, we would like to cancel our reservation due to our health and safety. He laughed at me and said no. What an unprofessional reaction … Platinum member or not…. He just gave us the feeling, he wouldn’t care of any health and security of their customers. A mum was crying that she was afraid of your daughter left in the room. He screamed at the woman instead of calming her down. This situation escalated and the THE OWN COLLEAGUE (female) of the male colleague had to calm him down, as she realized that this behavior was shocking to everyone… clients and the employees as well. Unacceptable! The whole situation was a shame for IHG for showing no respect of safety for their clients. This was the worst experience I have made in any hotel so far. It was not possible for us to stay at this hotel due the conditions just mentioned above. We had to find another hotel for the night. What a shame in humanity. Never again I will chose Holiday Inn.

Spent one night here and booked due to location. This hotel is around 10 min from the airport. We had a 6am flight and the hotel arranged for taxi pick up at 445. The hotel is nice but feels very dated and in need of refurbishment. It had good air conditioning and wifi. They also offered free breakfast but I left too early to enjoy this offer. Would recommend if you have an early morning flight - otherwise would research other places.

Siamo stati ospitati in questo hotel per una sera prima di iniziare il tour della Sardegna. Siamo stati accolti molto bene dal personale addetto, L'albergo si presenta in buonissime condizioni, le stanze molto accoglienti e pulite. La sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa, la cena nella media, la colazione ottima, varia ( per tutti i gusti ). Un ringraziamento particolare ad Andrea, Giulia e Federica per la loro gentilezza, cortesia ed ottima professionalità.
