Not Worth the Price – Very Disappointing Stay The hotel room is outdated — from the doors to every fixture. The beddings were not freshly prepared. The pillows, towel, and blanket had visible stains, and one pillow even had hair on it. Cleanliness was clearly neglected. The front desk staff was not friendly and even sarcastic during check-in. However, I noticed their attitude changed and became more accommodating when assisting a foreign guest behind me. This kind of inconsistent treatment is unacceptable. Parking was also a hassle. The website stated “free parking,” but it didn’t mention that spaces are very limited. We ended up paying ₱50 for the first hour and ₱10 for each additional hour nearby. Overall, it was not worth the price. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced at the front desk. The male staff member was not attentive at all; when I asked him to ensure that my extension was updated, he assured me he would take care of it. However, around 12 noon the next day, I received a call on my mobile from the front desk while I was in a meeting, inquiring if I would be extending my stay. Additionally, I noticed that during the night, the front desk staff appeared disengaged, busy playing on their phones while I was providing instructions. This level of service does not meet my expectations, and I hope improvements can be made to ensure better attentiveness and professionalism. GUEST FIRST!

Great choice for business trips! The location is convenient, rooms are clean with fast Wi-Fi, and the staff are very professional. Meeting facilities are excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The Location is good accessible to public transportation. The room is ok but the bed is quite old we got endless itching day and night. The towel smells detergent, not so clean as well.

Super noisy hotel. Drillings from 7 in the morning till the afternoon. You can audibly hear it in the rooms. If you need to sleep during daytime, you won't be able to. Internet connection is also not reliable. If you work remote, it will be so much of a challenge. Also, the staff is not so accommodating. 😢

A bit fair since we stayed there for one night only
