Really clean room, good service at the front desk but the aircon is like a cement mixer unfortunately :-( if they sort that out then it’s a perfect stay! Also parking is non existent you need to put your car in a council car park and hope it doesn’t get broken into! Btw don’t stay in a room opposite the travel lodge as you will be away all night! Other than that no issues.

1. On my stay during 4 nights lift were not working. So i have to take my luggage to 2nd floor without any help offered. While check out i had to insist that i need help. Then only it was provided. 2. Hotel doesnt have own restaurant. so you have to use nearby restaurant which is very busy and most of the times require advance booking. 3. Hotel doesnt have its own parking. You have to park nearby paid parking area. 4. Hotel doesnt offer house keeping service by default. Dont even change the towels and bins unless you explicitly asked for it, which is a very basic service. 5. Hotel doesnt have intercom phone services to helpdesk. and your own mobile phone might not have great range. No views from the room. Location of the hotel and nearby restaurants are the only positives about this hotel.

On the plus side: The hotel looks good on the outside. The staff are nice. Parking is nearby. The beds were comfortable. On the downside: the interior is in need of a refurb. Our room was dirty, the aircon was too loud to use at night. We had a family room for three but were only given one towel. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom either. It didn't particularly affect us, but the lift was also out of order.

Simply the friendliest hotel we’ve stayed at for ages! The staff went out of their way to be helpful - Dolna and Danny especially. It really made our holiday. Everything else you’d expect from a Premier Inn- clean well presented room, and lovely location overlooking the harbour.

I’ve had multiple family and friends suggest this hotel to me for our trip to Wales and I can see why. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and rooms clean. close to the town as well. we did had a problem when we returned one evening to which one receptionist was very rude hesitant to help us, but Elen managed to sort things straight away and even gave us biscuits as an apology. overall great experience but minor details could make it excellent.

Fabulous location right by Victoria Marina… a collection of nice restaurants and a stones throw from the castle… as per normal premier inn is underrated and I never know why… this family room was huge… amazingly powerful shower… comfy beds… great value breakfast… the breakfast staff were beyond lovely… nothing was too much trouble…

Great base for exploring Caernarfon, clean /fresh rooms. The staff are so helpful and friendly, Went into table table for our meals,the food was lovely, sat with a view over the harbour while eating lovely and peaceful. Definitely stay here again.
