Beautiful family beach house on the dunes with swimming pool

Beautiful large family house on the dunes with sea view in Cadzand. In one of the best family beach villages of the Netherlands, only 10 minutes from Knokke and 25 minutes from Bruges, we rent our large and light beach house on the dunes with sea view. Our place is suitable for 12 people (maximum 8 adults). Swimming pool and wellness available, 5 bed rooms and 3 bath rooms, large sun terrace with lounge chairs. Restaurants on location available. Welcome to our beautiful Duinhuis in the Badhuis Cadzand, with beautiful sea views over the beach and the North Sea from the living room and the master bedroom! From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the dunes and the polders. It is almost impossible to stay nicer on the dunes and on the beach than here. The Duinhuis is very light and has windows all around. On one side a view of the beach and the North Sea, on the other side from the terrace (with lounge set) on the polders and the hinterland and on another side the house borders on a courtyard, with patio doors where a garden set with table and seats. The Badhuis was completed this spring and we have decorated and decorated our Duinhuis with great pleasure. We have done it in such a way that we would like to live there ourselves. We hope that you will feel very welcome and welcome here. In the Duinhuis In our Duinhuis, everything is self-explanatory. There are four double bedrooms on the 1st floor, one with an open bathroom. The other two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) are located in the hallway. All bathrooms have a toilet. There are 4 single beds in the attic room. The attic is only suitable for children because of the limited height. The large and luxurious kitchen is equipped with all conveniences and all possible luxury equipment, two dishwashers and two refrigerators. There is both a Nespresso machine and a normal filter coffee machine. There are two ovens (one of which is a combi oven / microwave) and a large induction hob. The kitchen island is made of suarwood and has a number of bar stools. The south-facing terrace has a large awning so that you can sit in the shade when it is too hot. From the large dining table you have a view of the terrace and the land side. The glass sliding door can be opened in its entirety. There is an additional toilet in the hallway. The large living room has two luxurious lounge sofas and a gas fireplace. From the living room you have a view over the dune entrance, the beach and the sea on one side and on the other side through large patio doors in the courtyard. Near the entrance there is a separate laundry room with the washing machine and the dryer. Feel free to use these and also to use the detergent present. There is also a laundry rack. We have already provided the kitchen with some basic necessities. You can safely use this. The house is equipped with bed linen, towels, beach towels and bathrobes. If you go to the beach, we would ask you not to use the white towels, but to use the special beach towels. There is also a camp bed available in the apartment. We can place an extra bed on request. This is equipped with a mattress. Of course there is also WiFi and TV. The other provisions The swimming pool and sauna (wellness) are on the -1 floor. This space can be opened with the tag. You can take the elevator to the -1 floor. At the end of this corridor there is a door with the name "wellness" on it. Here you will find the swimming pool and sauna. You can also shower and change clothes here. It is not allowed to walk through Badhuis Cadzand without shoes or outerwear, so you must adhere there a. U.b. On. Just before the Badhuis is an underground container for the garbage. You can store your garbage bags here. We kindly ask you to remove the garbage and the full garbage bags before leaving the apartment. If the container is full, which rarely happens, you cannot place the bags next to the container because they will be torn open by foxes or seagulls. You must then store the bags in the storage room of the washing machine for a long time or throw the garbage in the container at Duinhof, below on Boulevard de Wielingen. Bicycles can be rented in the village, a little further. Neptunus is a good and friendly company and always has enough bicycles for renting. You can park your bike in the parking garage at the places indicated there. catering industry At the bottom of the Badhuis, on the sea side, are two restaurants: Brasserie Loulou and Bistro Beaufort. Both restaurants are very good and have an extensive menu. There are of course two star things in Cadzand: Pure C and AirRepublic (from star chef Sergio Herman). Book well in advance if you want to know here. A personal favorite is Etablissement 1880 in Groede, also a very beautiful village. On the beach and in the village there are of course more than enough options for lunch and food. There is also a (small) supermarket in the village (Attent), two bakers (Leurgans and Finesse) and a butcher / delicatessen. If you want to get more groceries, we advise you to go to Oostburg (AH) or Sluis. Recreation There is of course everything to do in and around Cadzand. The beach naturally invites the most. Here you can go hiking, look for shark teeth, swim and lie in the sun. The dune paths in Cadzand have been recently renovated and are beautifully accessible for a beautiful cycling trip. A bike ride over the dunes to the Zwin and further to Retranchement or the other way to Breskens is beautiful. On the beach at beach club Moio you can rent all kinds of equipment for on and in the water and there are also FunBeach sports camps. In the village there is a sports hall with indoor and outdoor tennis courts and there is a short golf course, within walking distance of the Badhuis. There is an 18-hole golf course in Oostburg and in Knokke. If the weather is bad, then a visit to Toversluis in Sluis is recommended for the children. Here is an indoor playground, a bowling alley and a laser tag location. Plenty of shopping is of course possible in Sluis, Knokke and Bruges, all easily accessible by car.
