Old and needs renovations This is an older hotel with too few electrical outlets that limits the charging of electronic devices! The room was smaller than expected and more crowded than expected. The toilets are too low if you have knee joint problems. Taller toilets are best for older persons who require to get up more easily.

Staff great once getting through a wait It took some time for the staff to receive two of us because the buzzer or bell service wasn’t working. It took longer to check in. I called the hotel line and got quite the run around. Even when the staff showed up the operator wasn’t listening and would not let me off the line for some time. Once the staff arrived, everything was great. Very accommodating and getting me a room on the bottom floor. Treated with a bottle of water. Great coffee service in the lobby in the morning for check out! Other than the hiccup to start, the stay was wonderful.

Nice little place, easy and convenient for a short trip. There's a creek nearby, it's pretty.

Check in was 5*. John was very welcoming and efficient and even provided a complimentary bottle of water. The Motel is older. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I had a parking spot right outside my room. The room was VERY clean and the air conditioning had been turned on to the perfect temperature. The bar size fridge was clean and cold. It did not have a freezer compartment but that was ok - John (reception) put them in the main hotel freezer overnight for me.

The bed was comfortable and clean, the rest of the property left something to be desired. The room was not vacuumed and the garbages were full from the last guest. It smelled like old onions in the room and there was obvious wear and tear on the furniture and paint. The walls seemed paper thin like I could have joined the conversation in the next room. The check in/out was easy and the front desk lady was pleasent. For the price/location it was fine, the upstairs rooms seemed better then the downstair ones.
