The place Smelled awful & pet hair everywhere. I had booked four rooms for two nights for my sons wedding party. The night before the wedding my son checked in, the first room he tried smelled so bad, like poop and urine. he asked for another room. The second room he laid down on the bed, and his eyes started to swell, and started to have a hard time breathing.(night before his wedding) -He called the front desk asked if pets were allowed in this room, and they said yes. There was also pet hair on his clothes. I had to scramble to find another hotel last minute for the bride to be, myself, groom, and other family members. not like planning a wedding is stressful enough awful experience. In top of all of this, they said they wouldn’t charge my card. I still have a $700 charge on my card! I don’t write reviews. However this is experience was so Poor, I felt I needed to share.

이 호텔에 총 3일 머물렀습니다. 깨끗한 시설에 세탁기도 좋고 실내수영장이 깨끗합니다. 객실에 부엌은 음식을 해먹기에 부족함이없었고 냉장고가 커서 좋았습니다. 층마다 아이스머신이 있고 직원들도 친절합니다. 옷을 거는 곳도 많아서 훌륭합니다. 아쉬운점은 소파베드의 매트리스가 허리를 잘 받치지못한다는것입니다. 조식도 훌륭합니다.

The lodgings were wonderful .this seems to be a great location and nice rooms .However there wasn’t enough staff for breakfast. it was so busy with a crowd of teens and food was not replenished. The employee at the desk just stood and did nothing while there was a need to help at the breakfast area. We had to leave without breakfast.there wasn’t even enough plates . Chaos

Nice location, right next to the restaurant Elements which was amazing. Very quiet and comfortable.

Wonderful place to recoup from rving hot shower, nice towels, comfortable bed and pillows

Our room was very nice, the living space was separate from the bedroom which was nice.

We were on the lower floor next to the lobby/eating area. At 2:00 a.m. everyone in our room was woken up by a group of people that were very very loud in the lobby. Loud talking, laughing and banging. We called the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms, but were told he would just ask them to be quiet. The noise continued and all of us got a terrible nights rest. There should be a noise ordinance to prevent this from happening.
