Location comoda e moderna, piscina inclusa, camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti comfort, incluso il balcone con vista mare, da consigliare sicuramente per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

My wife and I have just returned from spending a very pleasant relaxing few days at Zhero. All the excellent staff could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. On first appearance the hotel looks good but is in need of some investment. It could do with of a fresh coat of paint on the exterior and with more modern balcony railings. There is no lift but that was no issue for us, however, the painted gloss stairs could do with gripper strips on them as they can be slippy. The rooms are pleasant, clean and simple. Our thanks to the cleaners who do a fantastic job. The tv did not work and could do with tea and coffee making facility in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. The shower was excellent and bathroom pleasant. Our balcony enjoyed a fantastic view across the bay but as I pointed out earlier the railing could do with upgrading. Maybe frosted toughened glass. The pool area was excellent and most relaxing with the the chilled vibe and relaxing tunes coming from the subtle speakers. The breakfast buffet choice was simple, healthy and first class and beautifully made and presented. Our complements to the excellent chef. As mentioned earlier , all the staff were fantastic , all smiles and went above their roles happily to ensure our stay was very enjoyable. Lucia ,Sonia, Dalila and Nadine were all the perfect hosts, very efficient and really looked after us and all the guests. All the team at the hotel left us with a lasting impression of a marvellously relaxing and happy stay at the Zhero in a great location. Muchas Gracias

Lovely hotel with a great view from the balcony. Great pool and beds, close to a beach that is beautiful but crowded. Lovely girl in the reception, we’ve got great tips from them for activities. Breakfast was ok not extraordinary and pretty expensive, but nice to sit by the pool. Loved the interior and lounge music. What could have been better is fresh juice instead of sugary nectar mixed with water. Variation in fruits and real mallorcan cheese and marmelades. Coffie was great.

My mom and I stayed here for two nights in June as my gift for graduating university. The hotel service was wonderful: Sonia, Nadine and Elena were all very accommodating to all our requests and made us feel welcome here. The breakfast foods were excellent, particularly the breads and croissants. Our room had a nice view of the Mediterranean and the hotel itself is well designed. However, the backdrop techno music that plays in the hotel and pool felt intrusive to us. Furthermore, the hotel decor consists of large images of models in swimsuits which felt as it catered towards men. Overall, the stay was good and we recommend this place aside from the few points I mentioned.

Tolles Hotel in "Hollywood-weiß" mit ganz viel Charme. Angenehmer Duft sowie Hintergrundmusik schon beim Reinkommen. Das WLAN war zudem spitzenmäßig. Große, geräumige und helle Zimmer. Bettdecken, Kissen und Bettwäsche waren von Cottonbabe - Absolut TOP Highlight ist die Swimming-Pool-Area nach hinten raus. Schönes Launch-Gefühl. Frisches und leckeres Essen. Die Lage ist zudem bombastisch - man ist schnell am Strand, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr schnell in Palma.

Ich habe mein Geburtstags Wochenende dort verbracht und war sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war gross und sauber. Der Service ist wirklich top! Der Standort ist 15min mit dem Taxi von Palma entfernt, daher guter Standort. Wasser ist leider nicht inbegriffen aber es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Mein Geburtstagessen haben wir im Bahía Mediterráneo verbracht. (Restaurant gehört zur Hotelgruppe) Dort war alles perfekt, das Personal könnte jedoch ein bisschen freundlicher sein. Wir hatten da auch Deko für den Tisch angefragt und als wir ankamen, haben wir gefragt wo diese ist. Die Antwort war: Sie lesen die Kommentare bei den Reservierung nicht solange es nicht klare Anweisungen gibt.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in diesem Hotel, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage, sowie die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und kompetent. Das Hotel liegt in sehr guter Lage und kann es nur empfehlen.

Sehr stylisches Hotel, nettes Personal, sexy Pool Area mit guter Musik und leckeren Drinks. Die Koffer wurden uns aufs Zimmer gebracht, in dem wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt haben - alles sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist nicht überladen, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und vor allem hat man bis 10:30 Uhr Zeit 👌🏻 Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es eine Poolparty mit DJ und Barbecue, weshalb wir den Abend spontan im Hotel verbracht haben. Für die restliche Zeit haben wir mehrere Restaurantempfehlungen vom Hotelleiter bekommen, die durchweg sehr gut waren. Wir haben uns ursprünglich wegen der praktischen Lage für das Hotel entschieden, aber wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat.

Als erfahrener Traveller habe ich diese Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht, die ich jedoch nicht nachvollziehen kann. Die Klimaanlage ist bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur ausgefallen, offensichtlich ein häufiges Problem in diesem Hotel, völlig unerträglich im Zimmer. Das Hotel hat bei 4 Stockwerken keinen Aufzug. Beim Gepäck hilft auch keiner. Versprochenes Willkommensgetränk bekommt man erst nach Aufforderung. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und missachtet die Gäste. Im gesamten herrscht hier Ballermann Flair. Wenn man Nachts nicht schlafen möchte ist man hier richtig. Ich hätte gerne null Sterne vergeben, dies ist aber bedauerlicherweise nicht möglich.
