Vom Telefonat mit der Rezeption über den Buchungsvorgang, die Kommunikation bezüglich der Ankunftszeit, die Zimmerzuteilung, das Zimmer selbst, die Zimmerausstattung bis hin zu allen Details war alles erstklassig. Es war eine spontane Reise, ich hatte keine Zeit, mich vorzubereiten, daher war die Art und Weise, wie die Rezeption alles organisierte, eine unschätzbare Hilfe für mich. Kompetentes Personal und immer hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant bietet auch rumänische Spezialitäten zum Frühstück an, was mich positiv überrascht hat, und es war ein besonderes Vergnügen, Auberginensalat und "Zacuscă" auf einer Brotecke zu essen. Zum Mittagessen hatte ich das Glück, einen Kellner (Anghel) zu treffen, der jederzeit als Lehrer an einer HORECA-Schule fungieren könnte. Er wusste alle meine Wünsche zu erfüllen und hatte Ideen und Empfehlungen, an die ich nicht gedacht hätte; er machte das Mittagessen zu einem Genuss. Seine Empfehlungen bezüglich der Speisekarte und der Weine waren sehr gut – ein echter Profi. Danke, Anghel! Exzellenter Service! Man spürt die Atmosphäre kompetenter Menschen, die ihre Arbeit mit Liebe und Professionalität erledigen. Sie haben mich überzeugt, wiederzukommen. Ich schlage vor, dass sich die Geschäftsleitung sich in Zukunft um kleinere Reparaturen kümmert (der Vorhang im Zimmer hat ein paar „Kratzer“).

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pietroasa for a night, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our expectations were for a 3-star hotel, but to our surprise, the accommodations and service we received were undoubtedly worthy of much more. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff who ensured that our check-in process was smooth and efficient. They were incredibly attentive, making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay. The room we were assigned was beyond our expectations. It was not only clean and well-maintained but also boasted of stylish décor and modern amenities. The comfortable bed, pristine bathroom, and excellent climate control made us feel right at home. One of the key highlights of our stay was the exemplary service provided by the hotel's team of helpers. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Their genuine enthusiasm to make our stay enjoyable truly set Hotel Pietroasa apart from other establishments. Although our stay was brief, we left Hotel Pietroasa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The combination of a wonderful room, outstanding service, and the warm hospitality of the staff made our experience one to remember. We would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Pietroasa to anyone seeking a fantastic hotel experience. We look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future!

fantastic hotel. very clean,rooms have almost all necessities (excapt wifi which it lacks of ,the one that is in the hotel is horrible ) . it sits in the municipality -city hall huge square . the lights around the square are great at night. hotel restaurant is good one, and it has a great balcony that observes over the square, so we ate dinner and brkfast there which were in a perfact atmosphere, calm ,tasty and bful. we love this hotel, this is our 2nd time there ,and defenitely we will be coming again and again .

Reasonable hotel with great combination price against quality. Location is fair, there is some parking spaces. I liked their rooms and interiors, fresh and spacious. I also liked that they allowed pets and truly friendly staff. Special appreciation for the breakfast. Summary: great hotel for reasonable price!
