Perfect place in Outerbanks. Enjoyed the secluded and private beach. Excellent sunrise view.. Perfect place for families with kids and pets.

Our TV did not work. We had to go three flights of stairs to go get batteries for the remote. You should have maintenance to fix things like this. Never got it fixed so we moved rooms when we did we checked under the beds to make sure we did not leave anything and it was dirty underwear. We get to the next room and there’s dirty socks. I’ve never been to a beach where we had to fight sandbags. I guess this place is meant for younger people. 70 years old and have to carry your luggage upstairs is too much. I guess I didn’t check into it enough. We were just meeting friends there. We will never be back sorry

Floor in kitchen was raised by 1/4” with a sharp surround. It was a major tripping hazard and my adult son sliced his toe open within an hour of arriving.
Beach is eroding and the entire beachfront of the property is covered/blocked with sandbags.
Strange layout with outside door opening directly into bedroom.
BTW - cannot see the lighthouse.

Not sure why it is called "Lighthouse View Oceanfront". We definitely could not see a lighthouse, And the necessary use of sandbags on the beachfront takes away from the "beach ambience." But very clean. The bed could have been more firm, but that's a personal preference.

Spacious and clean room. Ours was not an ocean view, but got a great consolation prize with view of the sunset over the sound from our third floor room.

Great location and the private beach is wonderful.. The room was comfortable and staff were very nice. Bathroom was clean as was the room.

Location was very nice, I was charged 2% extra as after getting confirmation from ******* my card company not sure why declined the transaction. They said merchant provided incorrect details .
And when I called property they took care of it with 2% additional charges.
1) Coffee. Provided in room was substandard (Really horrible)
2) Water in bathroom had weird smell
So overall it was just OK

Liked hearing the waves crashing at night. The view was nice. Too many fisherman right in front of our area to enjoy the beach without worry of hooks and fishing line. Never did find a " lounge" Small room , but that was our choice.
