The welcome at the reception was not welcoming at all, after I had mentioned it was my birthday, it was not acknowleged. The activities advertised on their posters and website were not even available to book such as canoeing, so therefore in my humble opinion they should try to be a bit more transparent with customers/potential customers. Lastly, the first night dinner was not served on time, and closed up wayy before time. Thats a big problem, as I am on holiday and don't want to be rushed to eat. Other than that, the general workers were great, and food was always fresh.

We had an amazing time at Trennerys. I was last there as a child so wanted to give my kids the same experience. The staff are friendly and effecient. We had a great time - thank you.

Certainly not value for money. Decor, rooms, food are all tired. Sub standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the infrastructure and offerings let it down. Pool full of algae.

The wild coast didnt dissapoint but the accomodation did, sadly. We were 4 families camping at the hotel but at the same time a conference was booked on a lawn, 20m from our camp site. This really damped our experience a lot! the hotel is great, staff friendly and environment amazing. The wreck room was not well equiped for the kids, although advertised so we had some unhappy kids! If all problems are addressed we might be back. ps: road to the hotel from the ferry is in bad shape, road between East London and the Key Mouth is great though.

This is a hidden jewel which needs to be explored. I think it is not properly marketed. I will recommend it to friends and family

Best place to be with family and get to understand one another. With all the activities available it was worth it to re energise.

In general, it was a great holiday in an absolutely superb setting. Some of the rooms had been upgraded but not all. Even though we requested the upgraded rooms far in advance, one of them was particularly bad with old rotten carpets. Generally the food was good although there could be some variety for breakfasts. The dinners were great on some evenings but others were below par. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar and pool facilities are very good. It is definitely good value and perfect for a family trip.

We stayed in the rooms. They were clean and tidy. We have enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always kind. The children had an indoor entertainment area as well as plenty to do outside. There was an activity arranged for them one evening. We found it very comfortable. I will highly recommend Trennery's!
